Some guy said he was a director, but I think he is a pimp. The first thing he says is that we are gonna have lots of fun and go to the strip club. This was my first red flag because he had not even discussed the movie nor the part that he wanted me to read for. The next thing that he asked was if I had heels that did not make a clackin noise but he really like the ones that I was wearing. I told him HOW DO YOU SOUND PROOF A SHOE? Any real director knows and usually instructs wardrobe to do so.

After we sat down and he baught a drink, He aksed what my plans were. I told him I was gonna hang out with some friends. He immediately stand up and says, "Well deos he have the body of BLACK SUPER MAN?" "CAN HE PUT THIS IN YOUR POCKETS??"pulls out to envelopes of cash.  After I told him that his money was not what I was interested in. He starts preaching the word of God yelling saying black people are broke n****s that won't have s**t because how they think and  and he that I should cancle my plans for tonight because anyone I have met this far will not equate to him nor put money in my pocket like he can...He went own to say that I am a defiant black woman who will never have s**t just because I turned his money down. He went on to tell me that I was a fool and that if I wanted his help, I should shut up and liscten. Because he once asked his sensae how can he become great? At this point he stood up at the bar in the LOWES Hotel Lobby and proceeds to do of Katate moves!!!! hahhaaha At this point I am being intertained and very aware that his guy is a maniac on a negative continuum!! He quotes the bible and uses scriptures to state why a woman should submit to his will and deny themselves in order to have what he has.

I am an intelegent woman and he saw that, but for what ever reason he begins to quote bible verses and just before preach a sermon on connecting having money and riches means that blacks have to stop actin like n****s and shut the f*** up and follow and do what ever a rich person says we should do and if a rich man comes in a womans life, she should be wise enough to say that she knows nothing and he knows everything.

I went on to tell him that my successes have are not based on riches that a rich man can give me, but I am building, networks, partnerships, and comradery in order to  expand my own businesses.

He had ni idea who I was or what I beleived in, all he knew was that I was not receptive to anything that he was saying and that his approach was totally un professional.

got a call from an unavailable number regarding a music project this guy named David was interested in working with me on stating he works for a woman names Miss Montgomery who is funding recording artists... then he gave me his direct number - 718-475-5645... but when the voicemail came on it said 310- 917-6376... so i decided to investigate that number and came across these posts.. he was nice in the begining but when we asked for references he blew up and acted totally crazy..... looks like it may be the same person all you are talking about... any advice?

This Nutjob called for a professional legal service, then proceeded to go off the deep end to the extent that I had to put the office on "NUT JOB WATCH"; locking the door and buzzing people in only, for the rest of week.  Thank GOD he did not show up, he would have left with the police.  If he calls, just say "No, thanks", and hang up.

Same story here. He has a house uptown, and they are trying to sell it. It is obviously not theirs to sell. He seems to be working with a gang of other shady people in the new orleans area. Very shady stuff going on.

This same guy told my client to "fu$k off and die"  then called me a "jack***."  We were calling to have a look at the property he listed for sale in the gambit.  When we arrived to see the property a man dressed in very short shorts, cut off shirt and a headband (much like lafayette in true blood) came up to my car and immediately began insulting and attacking me.  (I had my daughter in the car!).  This person is seriously deranged and dangerous.  I have no idea what his scam is, but it's now been reported to the LREC, NOMAR and the local police.  
I ask that anyone dealing with this person report him as soon as is possible.

He's advertising his house for sale in New Orleans, and claims to both be the owner and to represent the owner....he seems schizophrenic. Literally, he is mentally unstable and probably schizophrenic. I don't know if the house is really for sale or if he's just looking for attention. As soon as you talk to him he starts insulting you and calling you names, telling you that you are crazy, interrupting. I'm really surprised that GAMBIT took his ad, I would have thought after a couple of minutes on the phone with him it would be OBVIOUS that he was nuts.

He's advertising an apt on New Orleans craigslist now.  never checked out for a lot of red flag reasons.  calls himself Dr. Jacobson now.

He seems to be going by different names now.

The guy was posting for web master jobs earlier in the year. Then for graphic artists after that, and now for writers. He claims to be everything from a computer repair shop to a remodeling contractor.

I called him about a webmater position and after 2 minuets on the phone with him he knew he was a certifible nut. I refused to meet with him.

Then the next day someone else wrote a "re-" post on craigslist saying they actually interviwed with the guy and felt lucky to get away a live.

This schmuck is advertising on the New Orleans Craigslist offering $55 an hour for PC technicians ("Start today!!!")  Gives same phone number as contact. What a ripoff artist.

I received a phone call from a "Stephen Jacobsen" at 310-927-6376.  I had responded to an ad "writing editor needed$$$".  Guy sounded like he was on coke or something.  He didn't give me a straight answer about his editing business or how it worked, just gave me some rap about college students who partied too hard and needed their papers "edited" for them.  Over the course of the conversation, he became increasingly unhinged.  I told him "No thank you" and he proceeded to chide me for "not taking advantage of this opportunity."  I wished him good luck and hung up.  That might've been a tad too nice of me.  He also uses the phone number 213-944-1561, so beware.
