received a call from the number today around 10 in the morning. it's for some type of children funds and kept going on her pitch when i told her i'm busy and thanked her for her time. however, caller id only says VoIP caller. no name or the name of the organization.

I keep getting these calls. No one is on it and nothing happens until I say 'hello'. Then the person hangs up

received this call, no caller id, picked up and said hello only to hear a series of clicks, then it hung up on me. Not sure but I believe this number has called me more than once before, due to the clicks probably a telemarketer or a drone searching for fax lines.

Same # called tonite, 310-929-1323. No response, nothing. Wish to be left out of their calling list.
Same with all of the Solar Panel companies and so called construction companies claiming to be in my area.

I have been getting 1-2 calls per day from this number during July 2013. They never leave a message. I think they are somehow involved with selling cars in Los Angeles (according to a Google search I just did).
One thing is for sure, they are a telemarketer using some type of robo-call equipment. I will be adding them to my Pro Call Blocker black list.
