Just stop calling!!!

Four calls today, but I don't answer unknown number calls so I don't know who they're from. I'm getting tons of odd calls this week, and the National Do Not Call Registry fell victim to the government shutdown about the time the calls got more frequent.  Coincidence?

I have recieved one or two calls from this number 310-929-1360...for the past week they have called i think everyday. What the hell. Who are they? what do they want/? GO AWAY!!!!! ugh!!!1

Called me and someone from "maximum marketing solutions". was offering something from Visa to start my own business or something and I'd get paid... idk.

I use these numbers when ever I need to enter a phone number on a survey! Hah! Take that. Because those survey people call a lot!

This number calls 2 to 3 times a day.  No messages nor response when you say hello.  Who are these people.

Someone from this phone number called me 5 times yesterday and the line was silent. I decided to look up the number, call back and got a recording. I am going to block this number.

this number calls 2 three times a day, leaves no message. Why are most of the scam calls coming from California?

Keep receiving messages from these idiots with a long recording about "information about a home based business I requested" which I did not.  Went ahead and called the number, hoping to yell at some ex-con greasy faced phone scammer, but got another long recording about processing payments yada yada.  Pressed one to speak to someone and waited on hold being told my call was important for about five minutes, then it hung up on me.  These idiots couldn't even sell their scam if they DO get a fish on the line!  Online it says Blue Northern alliance is based in Phoenix.  Called their customer service number and it said it was some technology firm, tried to reach the operator and she was away from her desk.  Tell me, why spend all the time on a scam if you're not actually scamming, but just annoying the crap out of everyone???  Russian mafia front?  Owner already locked up and the phones still on???

Another phone number which calls nearly daily which when answered no one is on the calling end. Also if I let it go to voice mail no message is left. Scumbags. Again the FCC should read complaints like this and shut down these harassing calls.

I am real tired of getting phone calls from this number.  I have pushed the # 3 like they say to be removed, stayed on the line and spoke to someone, called the number back and NO ONE listens, they WON'T remove my number from their call list.  I am disable and am about going insane from these daily calls.  Anyone have any ideas?  I am going to the FTC next.

They are recruiting for people to work from home?

Lots of calls from these folks. I told 3 of them (different numbers) to take me off this "CCS VISA/MC Referral" list. 5 more numbers started calling me from the same outfit!

I don't answer numbers I don't know, and I'm getting yelled at for not answering the very few legitimate people who DO call.

All I can do is explain to them the following: I get these SPAM calls, I put the phone on silent, vibration only. Pop the thing in a strategic spot, and voila, feeling much better!

I get calls from various numbers, all fraudulent, and this one is included.  It is QUITE annoying.  Luckily on the new iOS7, iPhone users will FINALLY be able to block calls from the phone itself.

Calls and hangs up, calls and asks about working for visa/MC calls several times a day!! STOP CALLING MY HOME!!!

Called me today at 5:08. Saying they are an at home business. Said I was special and on the list next to be able to work from home. Asked if I was interested and I said yea if this is legit. No comment from them when I said that. Then she goes on to ask if i have a visa, mastercard, discover, etc since its exclusive to just them. She knew my name. And I said yes I had a visa card. She asked if it was conncected to my bank account. I was just wondering how far this would go so I played along. Not revealing anything to personal. I told her i have a visa card but its not a credit card. And then she goes okay well you have a nice day and hung up!

someone answers, they sell our phone number to other companies.

I call this dirtbag marketing.

It ain't right, and I agree with the comment before this one that

I keep getting calls too without any message being left.  So I will BLOCK ALL their future calls with my software!  Ha-ha-ha!  I also want to say Thank You 800notes for this great wiki exchange of info!  I LOVE you!

this number called me and said they are blue northern company. they are merchant services company which you can do a business with them starting $495.00

So tired of those calls...at around 3 pm everyday, from the so-called "business development centre"...how do I get out of this??!!

I called this number back, there is a recording to ask to be put on their don't call list to press 1 and repeats it again and to press 3. I did and the recording said thank you, you have been placed on the do not call list.

Did not answer, they left no message, they have called five times in three days, now they are blocked.

They called me today at 5:00 PM, asked for me by name and said they were representing Visa/MC. I asked why they were calling and they hung up.
