I have receive calls from that number stating that it is important to call back I have the message on my phone also I have received calls from a 1-800-326-9852 and 310-953-0037 number stating that I owe money and if I do not pay I will be sue I can't remeber the company that call for the person who will call always had a foreign accent that was very heavy and I could not understand everything that was said.

These people are dangerous! Have scammed my sister. They have her bank account number, ss#!
They will claim to sue you. It's a lie. Do Not give them money.

on 2/28/12 at 4:10pm got a call at work from "Ned Williams" at 310-953-0037 from FTC Federal Trade Commission  "the reason for calling you because we have received a complaint against your name and ssn.  if there's anything was wrong with you call me back at 310-953-0037"  
an american name with heavy foreign accent.  it's a scam and i am going to file report to the "real" FTC.

Very threatening indeed!!!  So much so, I almost made a police report.

Keep getting nasty calls on my cell phone from this number.  No clue who it is.
