Claims to be a better business bureau company

i think its a scam

Some strange message--very noisy in the background.  Male voice with a thick accent (possibly middle Eastern); couldn't even remember the phone # for me to return the call.  I cannot make out  much of what he said--very garbled.  I don't know who it is or what they wanted, but they have my name and told me to return their call.
