THis person actually Text my phone from there phone saying  "Would you like to revieve $1000 today? Approvals take only 90 seconds and it's entirely online. Got to www..com to begin. 'NO' for removal

I sent NO for removal and got no conframation message back like u would with these messages normally. it was sent from a phone off of cingular network out of CA. any others like this what do i do other than just block it?
