Caller ID - left no message.

I get about 1 call a week from this number. When I call back it has an unusual busy signal.

An automated message told me I may qualify for some plan if I'm on MediCal A or B. I have neither. at the end it says press 9 to be taken off the call list

What is strange is my cell number which has been changed now was 949-310-9675.  My cell, for the past few months, would randomly call people in Orange County.  My cell provider wouldn't help me and said it was my phone not there service.  I would then get call backs from the numbers it called with hang ups.  I had a woman last week leave a message finally so I called her back to apologize. She told me the number that called her was 310-967-8521 which was some automated medical insurance company. I think my cell was cloned even though it uses a sim card.

How do you know people on Medi-Cal are poor? Thats shows are might you are.

Received a call from this number about 11:46 a.m. today, and when I heard a canned message about Medicare or Medical, I immediately hung up.

I am on a "Do Not Call" list, but it doesn't stop me from getting these annoying calls.

Pac Bell and SBC are no longer in existence, having been changed to AT&T.

This was a recorded message delivery trying to sell Medicare/MediCal supplementary insurance.

Didn't answer, no message

They called but left no message; I don't pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number.  I'm on do not call list.

Phone rang -- caller ID said "Out of Area" so I didn't answer.  Phone machine picked up, they didn't leave a message, so I came here to see who they were.  I, like others on this list, am on the "Do Not Call" registry.  So I will now go over to the Registry and file a complaint.

Same here.  Wanted to sell a Medi-Cal plan.  Bold violation of "Do Not Call" laws.   Not to mention that people on Medi-Cal are so poor they probably can't afford their damn plan anyway.  Trying to scam the poor, what a bunch of jerks!  Reported to donotcall.gov

No message left. I think the caller ID section said this was an out of area call -- and, of course, I am in 310 -- so that seems odd

rang 10 times, looked up the number on this website, found out its a telemarketer, so I didn't answer.

They just called and a machine message about Medi-Cal coverage played. It said press 1 to speak to a rep.
I did so then put my speaker phone right against the regular telephone handset so a loud whistling feedback started.
I heard the person pick up and say something but he soon disconnected :)

I am on DO NOT CALL LISTS, how do these people violate our privacy no matter what we do?

No voice mail. Caller ID: "California Call" which might indicate pre-paid cell phone.
