I Googled Spacex and found them to be in Hawthorne. They tried, unsuccessfully, to launch a rocket into space yesterday (5/18). They do not list this phone number on their website.

Interesting, caller left no msg, caller id shows spacex. When I called back recording states "call can not be completed as dialed please consult your directory".
