I just got a call from that number as well. It was very distorted, they might have asked for Otis Pitts.

call with no message after 6:00 PM

asked for ann williams

asked for Cassie

called w/ no message during business hours

They just called me
i do'nt know who they asked for but they had an english accent

called and left no message

I had a missed call from that number. when I called back, nobody answered just voice mail.

I think they are "lower my monthly bills" people....I just did a scenerio online and no more than 30 minutes I got a call...that is all I can think of.

Got a call from that number on my cell. Left no message. Assumed it was a telemarketer.

Left about a minute of dead air on my cell phone (which is unlisted.) Kind of eery seeing as I don't know who they are or how they got my information.

just got a call from this number, the guy talked so fast I could not understand him, I tried to get him to stop or slow down but he hung up. I did not say yes to anything when he asked my name I said speaking. these are rip off people

asked for me by my name and after i said yes they hung up.

Same routine as all the others, filled out form on LowerMyBills website. I am thankful for all these posts so I know what the number is (and can avoid answering!)

was trying to find a lower interest rate and never completed form.  Got a call the very next day, couldnt really understand the man.  SOunded foreign,Mid eastern accent, possibly out of country.  Told him not interested.  He said no problem and hung up.

filled out the form mixed up my info but gave my cell #. When finished the last screen had a problem and couldn't compute the lower mortgage rate and that I needed to call the co. They got me!!!! don't take 310 calls

I think i have figured this out.  Lower My Bills is a lead generating service for MANY mortgage lenders.  The call that you and I got from this phone number WASNT a mortgage lender, it was from LowerMyBills.com ... they were checking to make sure the LEAD was good before they sold it to dozens of mortgage companies.  Thats why they hang up after you say hello, because its NOT their job to talk to you...just to make sure you are a real person and a real phone number.

Started to fill out online to find lower mortgage rates, but did not even complete when I realized where it was going so I cancelled out, but not soon enough apparently!  They called my Verizon cell phone and I did not answer because I did not recognize the long distance number and they did not leave a message so of course they will not get through.  What a scam!!!

Once I said hello, there was a pause then the caller hung up. Nothing was said.
