i got this call. dont know who it is

got an unsolicited text on my phone from 77893  
(the text belonged to a site www.UScashDepot.com)

1/28 @ 1:26pm
received a call from 311-251-8547 didnt answer.
called right back and got the verizon number does not exist msg

1/28 @ 4:00pm
received a call that showed up as an Unknown number on phone

I filed a report with the FCC about the incidents.  I'm not sure but UScashDepot MIGHT be the source of these calls considering i got the call shortly after the text from them

Rcv'd a call 1/27/10 @ 1:49 pm...did not accept call...no message left.
Rcv'd a second call 1/27/10 @ 2:30 pm...answered the phone this time... dead air...no one spoke immediately so I hung up.  Not looking for any information and don't owe anyone anything.  Getting a lot of calls lately from area codes I'm unfamiliar with.

We have not applied for any payday loans and yesterday we started getting calls from this number. the first times there was random noise on the voice mail, the second we heard people talking in the background,  the third and fourth time it was just someone saying hello about four or five times. Like others have said before, since it is a fictitious area code its impossible to call back.

Just got a call from this stupid a** number.my girl applied for a payday loan.they also keep asking for people who don't live here

I tried calling this number back and got Pittsburgh's Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's "311" hotline.

I just got the same call and they were looking for Tracy.  I told them they have the wrong number and they hung up on me.  They have called 3 days in a row.  And I have not applied for any knid of loan, through Payday or anyone else.

Phone number 311-251-8547 came up on my cell phone. Immediate hang up. When I dialed it, got Verizon message "your call cannot be completed as dialed"

Stupid number keeps blowing up my cell and I refuse to answer numbers I don't know - especially after reading the other comments.

i recieved a call they got my personal information by lieing t me saying i won then they hungup on me what sould mi d now.

called twice in an hour and a half and the only message left wasrandom noise and then hang up.

Called 3 times in under 1/2 hour. Was told time and again to remove our number from their list. They imediately hung up.

Got three calls in less than three hours and when I tried to call back it said your call cannot be completed as dialed. Not cool....

Receiced a call from this number with a recording that continued to say "hello, hello, hello, hello, hello..." so I just hung up.

I keep getting called from this number and others (fake ones).  They are always looking for Anthony and I am not that person.  They hang up on me and when I ask who they are they usually curse and tell me off.  They never tell me what they are calling for.  Next time I am going to tell them that I am Anthony to see if I can get more info from them.  They are using a fake number and I don't know how to stop that.  It is extremely frustrating.  I also keep getting texts from various fake numbers telling me about loans and websites to go sign up for one.  I will do a whois and try that route.  Any suggestions??

I went online to see about a payday load from the Montel
Williams ad for Money Mutual Ad on TV.  They just gave my information to every one and now my phone won't stop ringing and text keep coming.  I trusted that b*****d and now my info is out there for the world to have.  I'm an idiot for trusting any body.

Can someone tell me if it's regarding a pay day loan? I missed a call too, no voicemail. I am not calling back

Did you by chance happen to apply for a payday loan or something similar?

CALLED WHILE I WAS AT WORK SO I COULDN'T ANSWER. LEFT NO MESSAGE. CAN'T CALL BACK CAUSE 311 NUMBERS DON'T REALLY EXIST OUT OF WHAT I HEARD.
