repeated calls, all times day and night, no msg

This # also calls me.  I get about 1-2 a day.  I finally don't answer if I don't recognize the area code.  If it's someone that knows me, they will leave a message.  The DCL is worthless.

Got a call at 6:53 pm on 1/16/13 . Didn't recognize the phone number so, I just ignored it. No message was left! Glad i didn't answer bc it was no one important!!

Called me 3 times in the last 24 hours. If they were legit, when I called back there would have at least been a ring or a machine, not blank space. Weird.

No message.   Can we please do something about these people.  Why have a do not call list if there is no follow through by the people that maintain the list?

312-216-8776 Called at night & not what I'd consider business hours since I know people who's bed time was just 2 mins away.  They left no msg but shows up on my phone as an IL # so definitely not calling during NORMAL business hours.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  They called at 8:30pm mountain time.

called my cell today (16 Jan 2013 @7:15pm EST). let it go to voicemail. they never left a message. thanks to everyone for posting.

All cell numbers are listed. Legally they can be called if you placed that number to be reached when you filled out information on, lets just say, a survey. Non for profit, political parties, and businesses,  like your credit card company,  can and will call.

Auto-tellers, phishing organizations, dead air and other such illegal phone calls to mobile devices should be reported. Things like this site are only used to identify those numbers. If everyone reported it like they should, the problem will be properly looked into.

Missed the call during a class and tried to call back. Number does not connect to anything - just dead air. Thanks to everyone here for confirming my suspicion that this was a scam kinda call.

I "won a cruise" too, but my number is on the Do Not Call list...PLUS it is my cell phone..a number I DON'T give out!  Makes me mad...this is one of the reasons I never give it out!

Got a call from this number today. Something about winning a contest for Royal Caribbean. I pushed #2 to be taken off of their calling list.

Recording stated I won something from Carnival or Royal Caribbean.  I did nothing when asked to press prompts and the call ended.

Scam!!!!

If you ask the telemarketer to stop calling and remove your number from their list or system, the HAVE to do it. If you keep getting calls after a few days of doing this, you can report the number to the FCC and they can potentially be fined up to $15000 per phone call! Ignoring the call won't necessarily ensure that they'll stop calling, but they are required by law to stop calling if you request it.

The call came on my cell phone. I did not answer, I called back got busy signal.  I have received this call before, and I have previously asked them to NOT call my cell phone.  What can I do if they keep calling when they are requested NOT to?

Dumb scammy telemarketer message that says you had entered a contest to win a Royal Caribbean cruise.  Idiots...  I learned that if you save the number in your phone (I name all of these stupid phone numbers zSCAMMER so they'll be at the very end of my contacts list) and check off the option of "send straight to voice mail" that it cuts down on the calls because most of them don't leave a message.

They chose my name to win a cruise.

Got a call at 3:12pm today. Didn't recognize the phone number so, I just ignored it. Glad I didn't bother to answer it.

They called my cell but I missed the call.  Since I was curious I tried calling them back.......you get nothing.

Just a call from this number. On my CELL PHONE! I didn't know cell numbers were listed anywhere. I didn't answer it.

Got call and let go to voice mail. No message, just silent.

Just received a a call from this number. Really could hear what they were saying. Something about press one. So I hung up on them. I don't press any buttons unless I know who it is calling.

This number has called my phone several times.

Received call. Listened to spiel. Requested printed info on cruise winning. Caller hung up.

wow I must of got cheated was not left a message! Don't get me wrong glad I didn't have to waste my time and listen.

Call came in, long recorded message about having won a cruise. Hung up before message ended.

I hung up on them first....Gotcha!!!
