Wow! 3rd call today! I asked him where he was calling from, he said Austin. I said "You're area code (312) is NOT in Austin."
He said "Well we have many different offices, but we have an office in Arizona."
???
Kept saying I need to speak with the owner.
I told him "Please take us off of your calling list".
Again he said "I need to talk to the owner."
I said "I will file a complaint with BBB if you call again."
Funny enough, he said "Okay, but I need to talk to the owner, he said he wanted to talk to us."
My reply "No he didn't."
His "Sorry, thankyou."
Very persistent, but ultimately a Nuisance.

Asked for owner by name.
I told caller "Owner is on the other line, may I help you".
Caller said "I will hold".
I replied "the owner is very busy and will return your call if you give me you info."
Caller said "Is there a problem?"
I replied "No, is there a message you would like me to take and give the owner."
Caller replied "I will call back." *click*
Lots of static on the line, hard to understand - foreign accent.
NOT COURTEOUS!!

Same deal. A lot of static on the line. He spoke fast and confirmed my name. Without explaining anything, he mentioned this is about a credit card transaction for medication. Then he hung up. Nobody answers when I call back.
I did make a purchase but cannot find an explanation.

Someone claiming to be from "Bardo" asking to verify a credit card transaction. Said they had the name, the amount and that it was an online purchase. Said they were verifying to make sure there is no "fraud." Couldn't tell us what credit card they were referring to - operator said he didn't have that information. We told him we didn't know what he was talking about, and he said he would call back tomorrow.
