I was told that this number was the home phone number of Jane Quincy who tried to purchase over 300 dollars in Avon Products from me and then have meship them to Ghana using two credit cards, both with the same Wisconsin billing address. I called the business registered at the credit card's billing address to see if I could get verified confirmation that this was in fact, legitimate. The person who answered was a worker at an African Store and was very rude and said they had no idea what I was talking about.

Received a relay call from a "joe green" interested in purchasing glass from my company. Appeared odd but legit and gave my business email. He claimed to be buying glass for an orphanage-- red flag! and was very persistent about trying to get a response. Called himself from the above number and hung up. Then called again, it was a male with a very thick African or Middle Eastern accent (not an accent that matches a name like "joe green"). I "googled" the phone number and found this page. I decided to treat his email as spam and ignore him-- something just didn't seem right. I suspect that this individual may be trying to hack into a business credit card processing system or something of that nature. Please be careful.

Hi I met Engman "Bradford" Larry on eharmony they warned me but I proceded with caution. we talked from Oct - Dec 2007. He said he was Italian yet could not acknowledge knowing any landmarks in Rome where he says he was from. I pried and asked questions for month trying to get him to slip up. And he finally did. He tried to gain access to my IM account but I denied him access. He had my home address so I tried to get his and he gave me a bogus address in Minnesota. Thank god for Google Earth. He danced around it for days denieing he made it up. He never called me on the phone was very shy... So I guess based on the other emails I dodged a bullet how many other women has this con artist taken.

This man is a scam artist who uses dating services to lurn women into providing their personal information so he can use it to steal credit, identity, etc.  He is on both E-Harmony and Match.com.  He uses several different names.  He uses Emerson, Charles, Johnson, Johnson Emerson Charles, Johnson Smith, Henry Wood, and all the other names in this post (see other entried.)  He gets women to trust him by acting normal at first and then falls in love with you and tells you that you are his "soul mate."  He asks you for your personal e-mail and tries to get you to do instant messages so he can hack into your computer, which he did to mine.  He is based in Africa but tells people he lives in either Florida or California.  He never provides details, such as much info about where he lives other than to name a town, i.e. Sebring Florida.  He says he works at Mac Business Systems or some other type of computer job.  He can only dial by aim phone, which is an internet dialing service which shows up as a US phone but he is actually 7 hours later.  He has a thick accent and is hard to hear over the aimphone.  He resists calling, saying he is shy.  He has several women going at once and forgets details he is told or says things that are not relevant to who he is talking to.  He is now wised up and is using aimphone without a number showing.  Be very careful and run spy ware on your computer.  Do not instant message, he is trying to hack in faster.  If you have, your computer is not safe unless you have very good protection.  I ran Spyware Doctor and two Trojans were planted and likely came in when I opened his e-mail.  Be very careful!!

The good "Reverend JOHN Clark" was wanting our company to produce some items for his new church project. He wanted to order alot more than was discussed. When I saw he wanted to pay with credit card and have the items shipped using a 3rd party shipper to Ghana, RED FLAGS went up. I sent emails to the shipping company informing them I would be using a different company because I don't pay with moneygrams, and I informed the good "reverend" that we don't accept Credit Card purchases from overseas.
Not scamming me Reverend, that's Benny Hinns job

This person is the worst of the worst. Beware. I think he's African, he claimed to be a Rev. and ordered things for his "ministry", gave my company 2 credit cards to pay and asked to split the cost between the 2 and wanted the approval codes. This is not where they get the money. The credit cards are stolen. They then said to use a certain cargo co. to pickup the order, gave 2 more cards to pay for shipping, then informed us that the cargo co. only took moneygrams or western union and that we needed to wire the money to the cargo co. That's where they get the cash. They asked for the secret question & answer to give to western union. Luckily, they weren't able to scam us. Hopefully they will be caught.

This is a number used by I'm sure a scam artist in Ghana, Africa...he posed as a white man from Scotland, Henry Wood, on the dating service. He kept asking me to invest in the gold mine there in Ghana, also asked for $2000, and asked me to send clothes to an orphanage there. He had a heavy African accent.

When a caller uses aimphone line(long distance through the internet) that is the number that shows up as calling.  When I use aimphone to web connect from the United States, it first calls my cell phone using that number, and then connects my cell phone to my son's overseas.

I answered the phone and someone with a very heavy accent (african?) claimed to be from a website where I had placed an order two days earlier. Somehow, they had my credit card number, but wanted me to tell them the 3 digit number on the back of the card, which I refused to do. I immediately called my credit card company, and they told me that someone (not me) was currently in the process of trying to place an order online using my credit card number.
