I just got the same voicemail.  She said she was with "TDC" and she had a quick question.

I got the same voicemail. I looked up the number- they are a translation company- I would assume they are offering translation services for website.

Same here. State the purpose of your call and the company you represent. Otherwise, delete.

Just received a call to my office # and message left by soft spoken female and while she identified herself, all she said was "I have a quick question, so please call me back" with a soft voice.  I do not recall her name, voice or what the call can be for?
