Received this phone number attached to an email. It is an opportunity to get a diploma in 40 days. Yep, just 40 days!  Hey, I want to get a diploma from a company that sends an email reading: "Thousand people have improved the life thanks to us." Yes, the first diploma I want is an English diploma, than I will donate it to this company so they can send an email with proper diction and grammar!

Yes I realize it is a scam but the question is beings they are sending emails from a bogus sender how do we take legal action aginst this person for continuing to send harassing emails?

They use multiple email address...you will have to block several hundred.

This spam keeps coming up eveyday on Windows Live. Have not called the number but would really like to choke the s**t out of whomever is sending these type of spam out.

Just block him and tick the abuse report option. Theres tons of scammers like diplomas_here around. Don't answer, don't call, just block 'em. Theyre either phishing for skype nicks, looking for victims they can scam or even exploiting a vulnerability in the  software by sending you harmful code inside the message. There were several issues with this mail, many skype users reported skype to crash all the time after they received this message and that the message always appeared again and again everytime they restarted skype.

PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER AND ANY OTHER THEY SUBMIT BECAUSE THEY CHANGE IT OFTEN.

I reported them to Skypoe, but unless you call and get a Human on the phone and get it recorded or have it traced there is not much you can really do.

All of us, we call this number, and record the radio you have 3 minutes of recording time. If thousands of people do this all the times during several days, it will kill their system.

This scum bag keeps emailing me also, Called me back on the 214-306-4037 number. Think it's a skpe number and the skum is overseas.  Called him several time, refuses to stop the spam.

Took me a few mins before I realized this did not come from one of my friends.  I mean...a  lot of us have friends named Ryan right?..lol So even I was fooled for just a second so I decd. to look up the number online. I wonder if anyone actually called it??
