don't know who this was. threatend me with 6 months in jail if i didn't call back. wanted money to which my lawyer said NO to. never received anything from this place about a bill.

This wacky woman called about an account I had defaulted on in 2001, said it was written off by Bank One in 2005 (LIE. It was written off in 2001) said I had been charged with "malicious intent to defraud" (ANOTHER LIE. It was a simple default due to my divorce in 2001) and said they were going to sue me. (YET ANOTHER LIE.  The statue of limitations has already expired.)  BLOW THESE PARIAHS OFF.  They are the worst collection agency I've ever seen.  Total bottom-feeders who lie, lie, lie.

Said to call "if I valued my freedom". Didn't call.

Threatened my daughter with jail if she did not call back!
