I just had the same phone call from the 312-265-5061 and told me it would be a 25,000 fine and a class E Felonie. if I didnt resolve this now. I asked this lady when this so called bank loan from my previose marriage of more than 10 years ago, actually like 15 years ago. and Special agent supposablly G.N. Mickles got some guy on the phone and wanted my current address and what time a federal agent would be good to pick me up. The man was getting agry and raised his voice. I said wait a minutes as exactlly when did this transactikon take place or account number and he was on the phone who hung up on me. I am about to 1 call the better buisness report and also state police as a herasment phone call.

My father received a call from 312-265-5061 from "special investigator" whomever in regards to a "civil suit" against my husband. But in reality, it is a seriously old and now resolved debt. About 8 or 9 months ago they also called my mothers home with the same load of lies, getting everyone all worked up and worried about nothing. That call was from the number in MD. Same story...send money now or else. Careful of these people, they have done their homework. My last name and my husbands last name are different, and my mothers name is different, and still they connected those dots.

Today I got into with a piece of trash by the name of Miranda. She contacted my in-law?s to try to get to me. I told her that I don?t understand why they have been contacting everyone around the country to get a hold of me, but cannot seem to contact me directly. After I told her that she?s not getting one red cent out of me, she called me a low life loser! When I tried to ask for the name of the company, she told me not to worry about it, because they are going to subpoena me, and they will see me in court. These people are dangerous, and I?m going to do everything that I can to expose their fraudulent operations.

A woman left a message and asked me to call this number 312-265-5061. She said I have a law suit.  Faint!  All she want is money.  Be careful!

Pretty much a scam if they have to hide their info.

Received call from unknown source. When I called the number I was placed on hold and recording told me to leave name and phone number and investigator will call back.

January 27. Same type of calls about being named in a law suit. When I researched the number, I found out that it was from Chicago. Red flag when it comes out of Chicago. I called the Attorney General of the state were the call was received. I gave the complaint, dtails, etc. I would advise everyone to call the State or Federal Attonrney General since the calls are made to other states. Document everything, time, etc.

The caller was not respectful by the name of special investigator Erkadi looking for me all he wanted is money for no specific reason or I?ll be dragged to jell from my house front of my family. Those callers don?t have any respect to women or kids as soon as any one tells them not to call again they go off with cussing threading. I think thy have nothing better to do with their lives but call people and try to get as much money as they can during this bad economy. DON?T GIVE THEM ONE CHANCE

A family member received a call from an Investigator Arcadi...Investigator my a**.  Just like all the other comments here...same thing...that I am a respondant in a case, gave the case # and that I am being sued...HA!  And they are suing me in a state and city that I have not lived in in over 3 years and stated that I am to be in court or that they will send the sheriff to my house to get me. HA AGAIN!  Anyways, I will be filing whatever I can find to file against them.

They proberly sold your debt to this outfit for pennies on a dollar. They can't say the things they do on an answering machine. Keep your message take a photo of the phone number on your Caller ID. And sue them. You can get $1000.00 and they have to pay your attorney fees!!

they called asking for my husband and left a message. special investigator christina thompson said he was being named as a respondent in a lawsuit and that he or his attorney could contact them at 312-265-7830.  left a claim/affitavit number. this has happened once before - from Maryland I think.

Don't ever believe theese types of people they are the same [people who have been scaming for months!! They were in MD now # shows IL They called me in august from 240-235-5614 now disconnected!! They tell every one about the same thing usualy about florida financing company and if you don't pay they will have an officer show up on your doorstep.  They will get real ghetto with you if you start getting defensive infact I turned it around on them and started calling them out and she didn't like it and started calling me a b***h no company would ever get that way !!! It's always the same 4 people I know there voices!!  DONT GIVE THEM MONEY!!! Im investigating them now and im going to find them why because i have nothing better to do and they are scums they called me the day before thanksgiving HELL NO IT's ON!!!!

caller says i'm being sued for non-payment.tells me what a deadbeat i am.says it'll cost me over ten grand if i dont send him 4k now.i offer to deliver it in person(heehee)even tho he's 2000 miles away.caller seems to not like THAT idea.gee...i wonder why?Banks have enough problems right now so all i will say is he claimed that this major bank turned over my "acct."to his agency.BOGUS,BOGUS,BOGUS! also,312-265-8929 is in on this scam.
