This number must be LIVE again because they called me tonight at dinnertime.  Of course, I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, but I am curious if this number is still being spoofed by electric 'providers' (scammers) or by some other scam group.  Anyone know?

Sign up on website www.nomorobo.com.  Phone rings once then and gets stopped.  They called last night and call was cancelled after first ring.  I never answer the phone anymore until it rings twice.

They just called my house phone and moments later called my cell phone.. I didn't answer

Answered as I have relatives in Chicago - recorded message said someone had called from your number regarding lowering your mortgage payment - pure BS - have no mortgage!! Caller ID just said Chicago

"Assistant Department" was the name on caller ID. I never answer but still, annoying to listen to the rings, have to to check it out.

They are calling me 3 - 4 times a day.  I never answer but am on the Do Not Call registry which, apparently, is useless.  Time to report them.

Do NOT "press 1 to be put on their no call list."  They HAVE no such list.  All that happens when you press '1' is that they now know your number is a working number and will sell your number to other scam callers. Just hang up.

Yes, they keep freaking calling our house EVERY FLIPPING DAY. They just called now and when I tried to be put on their do not call list they hung up on me. How rude! It's getting annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM about electric utility rate reduction.  This company makes daily calls using different numbers all starting 312-340-#### about 40 different numbers. SCAMMERS!

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number and others in the 312-340-55xx range. I have filed numerous complaints with the Do Not Call web page. The caller IDs say things like "Utility Assist", "Assist Dept" and so on. I finally bought a call blocking device that lets me block out that entire range of numbers using wildcards. There is no way to stop these jerks from calling, so the only answer is to block the calls at my end so they do not ring my phone.

I have called this number dozens of times requesting that I be placed on their do not call list.  They continue to call.  I would like to file a complaint but don't know how to do this.  When I do answer their call and connect to a customer service representative, I begin to ask to speak to a manager and they always hang up on me!

This number keep calling, once answered there's no audio. There's a time when i answered, the automate system said something about lower your electric bill. But their do not call list option does not work cause it just keep calling.

I called back - got the message about "if you wish to placed on our do not call list, press 1"... it then said something like "we apologize for any inconvenience, and will no longer receive any calls.  Please allow up to 24 hours for this to take effect".... we shall see

I received a call from them this morning, about six hours ago.

My phone company is so smart, it has so many complaints about this number, my phone never even rang but when I logged on to my phone history I noticed that they called, but left no message at about 10:30 this morning.

Miss call from this number with no voicemail.  I returned the call and heard "If you want to be put on our do not return call list please press 1."  And then the phone hung up.  They did not say the company name, nor did I press 1, and the phone just hung up.

Used my ID block to answer phone. I think this number has mutated from one that I blocked.
