I keep getting calls from different numbers each time i block one they call from another.  And it is about lowering your credit card interest.  You press 1 to talk to someone and when you attempt to tell them to remove your number or not to call you anymore they just hang up.  I am on the do not call list and have reported twice to the FCC.  I still get phone calls.

Caller ID says "Member Services."  We don't answer it anymore. Tried to tell us "your acount is OK, but..." to sell something or scam us out of numbers.

You can't get these folks to stop  and the Do Not Call registry is not at fault - that services applies only to legitimate and honest telemarketers, not scammers like this company.

Just create a contact named something like #Spam and then add this number to it. Assign a ring style of "no ring."  

I have about 60 such numbers in my different spam lists (#Spam1, #Spam2, etc.).

Just called my cell.  Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. They (and many, many others) are now saved in my contacts as "SCAM" so when they keep calling, I know to immediately put them on ignore, or assign them "no ringtone".

Something really needs to be done to stop these intrusive idiots from stealing our cell phone minutes.  If we answer the call, we have to pay for that and it's theft!

This number calls me 5 times a day. When I answer no one is on the line. I am on the do not call list. It is really getting on my nerves!!!!

Received the call from 312-340-5550.  Same call Energy Choice Assistance.  They knew my name, address and phone number

Getting several calls a day from this number but no voice mail message.  When answered and asked who they are and why they are not respecting the no call listing they hang up.

I get the same call. I believe they are just trying to switch over your home into a new electricity provider since Illinois has gone with energy deregulation. They pretend to sound as if you will get energy assistance as if they are part of the government, but they are not. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to do what they are doing since when you question them, they hang up.

Thru WOW (Wide Open West) phone service, you can hit *60, then to block the last call to your number, dial #1#.   You can block up to 12 calls with this method.

Just got this call - caller ID as Member Services;  yesterday from 312-240-5581 - caller ID Power Bill.  Obviously not important enough for a human to speak when I answer the phone, or to leave a message when I don't.

I have been getting the calls from this number ,almost everyday.The only way to stop them is never answer the phone.Most of the  people i know sensor the phone calls.This is the best way.

I, too, have gotten calls from 312-340-5580 EVERY day now and even though I call back and press 1, they still call!  They are a pesty, nusance electricity service, comes up "MEMBER SERVICES" on the caller ID so it looks legit.  I too, have been on the "do not call registry" which means NADA since these pains in the butts keep calling anyway!  WHY can't the political geniuses come up with a plan that WORKS at closing these morons down and a way for us bill paying customers to have our freedom from these pests and to make them stop calling???  MANY years ago, BEFORE cell phones and all this privacy depleting spy technology out today, the phone company had a service called "UNLISTED NUMBER" that you paid so much for each month but it kept your number from being called by all the pesty morons out there today!!!!

This number is calling my home multiple times per day with robot calls.  I want it to stop.

We get calls from this number as wll as *5581 several times per week.  I have tried calling the number and depressing"1" to remove our name from their calling list.  All this does is cause that number to call back again.  They call any time during the day and it is getting quite annoying.  Isn't there a way to see t it that they cease this immediately.

This number called me 6x7 times everyday. Call has Member Services as the caller ID.
I didn't answer any of them.
I called back today and pressed option #1 too, hopefully it will stop,

Ever since I switched to Uverse, I have been getting NO LESS than 20 spam calls per day!  I can only block 20 numbers with them so.....  THANKS A LOT AT&T!!
