They are still calling for someone who doesn't live here. I think they are calling everyone with the same last name.

they also have called from other 312 #'s in the past 312-604-7187, 312-348-1547....aren't they nifty???? If it is troll people...lol then wait for the letter to come or call direct when your ready to pay.

I just answered this call- it said an important phone call please return the call and left a different # which it only said once. then hung up- told me to ask for ms smith. Toll issues? possible, since I keep getting letters for past tolls and they keep saying I'm paid ahead since I cleared my issues up....but yet they come up with new tolls from the past that I owe... wish they'd get it right and find them all once and for all. Google - pls take care of my light work....

I keep getting calls from 312-348-1554, 312-348-1553 & 312-348-1545. When I answer the call there is no one there. I have tried call the number back and I get a recording for the law office of a Arnold Scott Harris custom services center. They tell you to hold for an account rep.

Anyone looking will never find the true identity of the caller. This number is owned by a company in chicago that routes forwarded numbers through their phone switch. This masks the callers true identity. The company is currently tied up in a court case (patent infringement) at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
However you can complain to the owner of the company:
