a hang up, and when u call the number back, you reach an operator that says," The subscriber you have dialed is not in service..."

The man said he was my daddy then asked what i was wearing

The man said something I did not understand, I then asked who it is and he said "I'm your daddy" I then said "you have the wrong number" He said,  "wrong number? mmmm, what are you wearing" I then hung up on him.

A hang up a few days ago. what is this?

I got the same call as well from this number. no message and when I called back it said the subscriber I called is not in service
