keeps calling

same here , and i am on minutes , and my only phone ,

I get several calls a day from this number. they never ever leave a message . they call me everyday for the past month, I had it now , how does one get them to stop
I have added them on the do not call registry

I had a message from this number today. I could hear what sounded like a male screaming ? who the f are you calling? or something like that. It sounded like an abusive situation. I thought I had blocked this number too. Hope it was nothing serious.

This caller calls my cell phone at least 6x a day.  STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!

This number..  3124160940....  has called me 8 times a day, every day for 2 weeks.. Its automated.. I've called back told them to STOP.. They wont...

This # has called my cell atleast 4x/wk, sometimes a few in one day (and of course sundays haven't been excluded), for almost A YEAR STRAIGHT. They have never left a message even once. I don't answer #'s I don't recognize. I am ready to get a different phone and #. grrrrrr

I resolved this problem by blocking it! My cell phone carrier is Verizon. It allows to block calls, msgs, etc. Pretty easy to do from the pull-down menu, selection called "block calls".  This is good for 90 days. I have a list set aside with all numbers of people, businesses or any phone number that becames a nusiance. Try see if maybe your cell phone carrier has this option on thier website.

I called them and it's a branch to move you over to a "rent to own" home advisors.  They tell you what you need to do to correct your credit to get into a rent to own home.  First consultation is free and then it costs you there after...  just in case you wanted to know...  I called 312-416-0940

They call my phone 4 to 6 times a day 7 days a week , ready to reach thru and grab someone, but like the one caller said I am going to call back and see if I can get theem to stop

They keep calling my phone and they won't answer when I pick up. How can i make this stop?

I keep getting calls from this number as well, (312-416-0940) the name that comes up on my caller ID is ANET.

the FCC is corupt

I was looking for apartments and saw a buyer's assistance add for rent to own homes and clicked on it.  By the time I had typed my number in, not hit submit, just typed it my phone was ringing.  I didn't even finish the entire enrollment because I figured out the site's main purpose is to charge for a credit check.

I have called the number back and asked them to take my # off the call list, they keep calling.  my phone carrier doesn't have a call blocker app.  Does anyone know how to stop them from calling my phone?

This is rent to own home business calling you.  As a former bill collecter for 20 yrs all you need to do is tell them to cease and desist all calls.  This is with any call whethwer it is a collection agency or solicitation call.  Also Most people get calls on there cell phns because they now put them as there home phone, and/or give it when on the internet which then gives these collection agency companies or sales companies the right to call you.  Another thing also, putting yourself on the do not call list is for soliciting companies only, a collection ageny is exempt from this until you tell them too cease and desist all calls .  For further info look up the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) for both Federal and State, make sure when you look up state, it is the state that you live in, because every state is different.....

home buyers rent to own or similar company that is calling and calling

I received the same call from the number for over a month. They called few times everyday. I finnaly called them and they said that I filled up something in the internet for rent to own house or something. I asked them to put my name in the "do not call list" since I am not interested. They did that and I never received any calls anymore.

not sure who this number belongs to however 4 today nothing but back ground noise. also last week a few calls from same number. how to make it stop?

I've been called repeatedly by this number and they never leave a voice-mail message.  Sometimes I turn my ringer off when calls from this number come in and I never answer them.

I receive up to five calls per day from theis particular number. Since, I'm not familiar with it, I don't answer. It bothers me though that they are able to obtain cell phone numbers without the consent of the user. Hopefully, these calls will stop otherwise I'll have to try to find an avenue that will prevent it from continuously happening.
