Abigail Adams called from Legal Outsourcing saying that there was a complaint and that I had some sort of a warrant? They provided the name Wayne Feely  (Not my name) and that I should call their office and explain my intentions? The number I was told to call was 855 614 3539 and then she listed off a bunch of random numbers very quickly which I cannot understand.
They did not say anything about "coming to my home" or "I need to have an ID" but the names match those of which others have.
I have only gotten one call which does not appear in my call log.
I WILL NOT call that number as I am 14 and find that you who have called have had no success.
I have no idea how they got my number. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Got a partial message left. They said something about 24-48 hrs & if at work have my head of security present as witness and have 2 forms of ID ready.  Any questions call their number.  No name was given.  It is a recorded message. Yeah right!  It's a scam!! Beware folks. With a legit summons you don't get notice they just deliver. Someone is trying to scare you into giving them money. Don't do it!!  It is against the FDCPA to leave calls such as this. It violates your rights.

Got the same call. Says the have a summons then from their it blew up. Be careful of these people. Say they gave a curtisy call for someone and never give any info. When I proceed to question things did not know who called that the first said they are calling cops on me they can't even count. Anyway report this cpany as much as you can

I have received the same message as everyone else. Have not called back yet.  Has anyone been served by these people yet?

Exactly the same messages left at my voice mail. I don't know whom are they representing. I am debating to call but they scare you-24-48 hours for a summons to be served at home or place of employment. I don't know how true is this.

I have been getting the same call for 3 weeks from (312) 789-4881 Aron Matthews and his voice changes because he is different people reading a script. I now refuse all caller ID blocked calls and added their number to my blocked call list. "Lets see what happens now."

I have got this call 2 days in a row saying the same voicemail messages as all the others, from Aaron Matthews. I called the return number and low and behold the Abigail Adams answered and was very rude! The call back number I received was 312-789-4881.

Ive checked with the court system locally and there is nothing in my name. These people won't provide any real information has to be a scam. Has anyone yet been summoned?

Very irritating to have someone call all times of the day!  They say they want to speak to my mother.  Wondering how they even got my cell phone number in the first place.

Rec'd this same phone message today.  I don't answer calls if I don't know the number calling.  Was anyone actually served with a summons?  To my knowledge, I do not have any outstanding debts - can you be served without even having knowledge or documentation of a debt???

We got the same call, it was left on our answering machine. It sounded pre-recorded and no left clue who they were calling for and why.

Aaron Matthews from "Legal Carrying Service" (?) calling about a summons and potential missed court date.  

Didn't mention party's name or claim number -- unlike a similar call last week from Abigail Adams of Legal Outsourcing (312-361-3455) seeking a Lawrence Brooks, SSN ending in -6293, and claim KM1230.

Don't know why this person is calling and leaving messages...I am elderly and Disabled! Don't appreciate it!

And you-will(?) need to forms of ID as well. If you had any questions or concerns you can contact the-family(?) party at 3124458746. Again 3124458746. Thank you and have a nice day."

Mathews and Mrs. Marshall, I talked to both of them.  All of these places keep trying to collect on Midland Financial which is a scam since they resell bad debts over and over.  Legal Outsourcing 855-678-0746 and Fax for Mrs. Marshal 866-812-0592.  this fax number is also at franklin, mitchell & associates in NY.  imagine that.

They left a message that they have a summons in hand & will be going to my place of employment or knocking on my door!!

if they called and have a summons, the number they left is probably NOT the person who has the summons .. but a law firm. so whoever is being served can get info. thats what we had to do when i was a server . i got a call too but i cleared it up

Voicemail from Jim Matthews representative of "Legal Outservicing" I think is what they said.. They said they had a SUMMONS for a person with my name & that they were coming to my place of employment or home in 24 to 48 hours and I better have 2 forms of ID. I have called these people and advised I am NOT the correct person proving it by last 4 of my SSN..still being harassed. I called today again and spoke with a Mrs. Marshall she is the RUDEST person I have EVER spoken to she hung up on me twice as I tried to advise they were wrong ..refused to allow me to speak w/ a supervisor.. I am appalled.
