they are the real scammers.. calling from india.. saying that they are a ligid company working for FTC.. true lie.. they say that they are cash net USA.. asking for the loan.. and telling the customers to put down the security deposit.. which is actually b***s***...!!!!

yes these people are from another country, they have been calling me periodically for several years. They steal your information from other sites and use it to their advantage. They range from so called agents to lawyers, any title they think up that would have the authority to swindle money out of you. Do not give them your financial institution or any other vital info. If they ask you a question fire back with I don't know or you tell me, and just hang up, they are just trying to verify what they have already or try to get more from you. I have become so frustrated that when they call I just laugh at them, this seems to really push their buttons. just this week it started again but this time the person on the phone was talking sexual! very unpleasant.

I recently got my 12 year old daughter a cell phone so that she could call me in case of emergencies. Several times a day she gets a call from this number asking for random people. Today I kept the phone and began to answer these calls, stating to the caller, who sounds like he is in another country all together, that my 12 year old has this phone now and I want to be taken off of this call list. He then wanted her name so that he could make sure to remove. I said no. I will not give him my childs name. And there is no way that he needs to remove her by name. She is 12 and he could not possibly have her name. He got angry, hung up and began calling and hanging up on me for nearly an hour. I'm am furious!!

These people are very rude and unprofessional. Sometimes they just let the phone ring and then hang up. Other times they yell at you.. This is a buisness phone too...so that is not good.
Loan company he said i applied for a loan and when i told him i didnt, he yelled at me.lol

Well, since they seem to want to "talk dirty," tell them you charge $100/minute, put the money on prepaid card, call you back and give you the number and info off the back,after you verify it, they have that many minutes to "talk dirty"!

I've found that humor works better to throw these type people off than anger or fear, or telling them you're going to report them.  If they KNOW you're treating them as a joke, it tells them their attempts of intimidation/bullying aren't working.  They get confused, frustrated, and flustered.

But, if you want to swap it up and play differently, I've found the following to be effective with a scammer collection agency that was harassing me.
These people would generally call first about "delivering legal documents," then they'd be "calling from an attorney's office," then "Agent --- calling to let you know there's a federal warrant out for your arrest UNLESS you pay $xxx TODAY, RIGHT NOW."
Here are the techniques:
they call: "Is this John Doe?"
me: "who's calling?"
them: "this is --- with the civil procedures division"
me: "of what company?"
them" "civil procedures division" (and keep trying to talk, and I interrupt)
me: "I understand the department.  Let me explain, I REQUIRE the name, address, local telephone number, and CEO's name of your company, as well as your CCA#.  Until I receive that, NOTHING you have to say is of interest to me."
them: trying to ignore you, talking about what they want, and I interrupt
me: "are you going to provide me with the INFORMATION I REQUIRE?"
them: keep talking and ignoring you ... HANG UP!

They call back, answer, HANG UP
They call back, answer with "Are you going to provide me with the INFORMATION I REQUIRE?"
if they don't start spewing out that information, HANG UP
They call back, answer, HANG UP0
They call back, answer, "You DO understand that I can hang up on you ALL day long, right?  I made time to do that ALL day today.  OR you can provide the INFORMATION I REQUIRE and I'll let you finish your message."
They usually just hang up and leave you alone a while.

If it's "an attorney's office" info you require:
Name of law firm, address, local number, Lead attorney's name, and State in which is licensed to practice law AND Bar #

If an "Agent" threatening warrant, the info you require:
What law enforcement agency, full name and badge number, what department in that agency, local number of that agency, and name of person that's head of that department so you can verify the call  (which you'll do by looking it up on the internet)

I don't know about you, but I've been telling men "NO" for a LONG time.  This is the equivalent of NO MEANS NO.  It doesn't matter whether you're telling a grown man or a two year old ... NO MEANS NO!  MY PHONE, MY RULES and if you don't want to follow them, then you'll have the consequences!

IF you ever get any of the information you require, then start searching on the net and see what else you can dig up and post it on EVERY number they're using!  Give them all the FREE ADVERTISING they do NOT want!
Also, report them to ANY and ALL government agencies you can think of!  Sooner or later, one of them will get tired of getting complaints and actually start investigating!

Have you ever seen the first "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" movie?  (I would NOT advise children to watch.)  There's a particular scene in it (and if you've ever seen it, you'll KNOW which one) that I find particularly fitting for people that make those types of threats!

Been calling here for days. Saying nasty vile things. Does no good to report it because they just change numbers.

So I just call each number 10 times and when they answer I let go an air horn into the phone. Dont know if it will work, but bet they have one hell of an ear ache!

I'm down for team work!  I'm an Army Vet and won't be harassed.  This guy called and when I told them to not call me back, he said horrible, vulgar things I won't even repeat.  So I called over 100 SO FAR and filled their voicemail too.  As a disabled vet, I got nothing but time.  Let the games begin!

This number has been calling me for 3 or 4 days they told me i was approved for a loan, i have told them 3 time to take my name and number off the list and stop f****ng calling me the man replyed with i wanna lick your pink p**sy and play with your boobs. Wtf! Really

This number called me and since I've been getting calls for the past week I now have these calls recorded. The man literally threatened, then promised me he would use my information and ruin my credit because I told him that the company was a scam. I told him he was being recorded and he told me he was going to come into my home and f*@k me bloody! WTF! He made threats to the wrong woman! I made it very clear what I am capable of. I have someone working on this case as I'm posting this. These scamming people won't be around much longer.

this place will not stop calling me stating my information was given to them thru a law firm i advised to not call me again told them i was filling for bankruptcy and they stated they are going to attach my wages how can i stop these scammers?

I just received a call from them today and I told him he had the wrong number and then he started cussing and I hung up and then he kept calling back to back.

This number has been blowing up my phone for two days now also from about 7 other phone numbers I ask them to take me off their call list and the guy told me which was a middle easterner that I had to get naked in order for me to be taken off the call list ... my boyfriend pulled the number up on the computer and found all these posting what's the would coming to somebody somewhere needs to crack down on this a** hole very upsetting

Answered, some damn middle easterner asked about a loan. Said I don't need nor want a loan and halfway thru telling me to lose my # the pos hung up

I got a call at 5am today, I woke up in a hurry thinking bad news , it was them b*****ds , sorry for my language. That's how mad I am!

I have been called 3 times this morning from different numbers with the same company.  3124736992 at 12:14p, 4619695462 at 11:40a, and 7433695562 at 11:02a.  Irritated and curious as to how they got my number.

Is there any legal recourse that we can take because of this?

I received a call from the number this morning.  I picked up the phone but said nothing.  I then heard a click and I hung up.

Just blocked their number and filed a complaint with the FTC.  Hope it shuts them down.

I have these numbers on Mr. Number call blocker.  Works wonders!

Just spoke to this people (I knew it was a scam, but I played along).  I asked them a lot of questions, but the person I spoke to did not have many answers; all they wanted to know was how much I wanted and could I pay back the loan?  They claim the FTC has rules about their business, and they were not going to send me a loan agreement before I sent them a "security deposit" (BS).  I told them off, stated I had their phone numbers and was going to contact the FBI and FTC and shut them down.  I send don't call me again unless they want the FEDS at their door.

This is a big (25 million cows) crock of BS, and be careful.  They claimed to have my bank account info, but the routing number they gave (only the last 4 digits) does not exist for the bank account they had on file.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY unless  you like to give out money to thieves and never see your money again.
