Calls come from 801-852-8318 from DegreeMentor and they don't even talk. They just keep calling
and calling and calling. how can I get them to stop?

The same with me. I had a call from 312-489-2151 at 9:45 pm. These morons must not know they are not to call after 9:00pm.

I'm with Guest number one above me. I have not put my number in anywhere on the internet yet I started receiving these calls yesterday. No response, the messages left are simply blanks.

They're now on my block list. Thanks guys.

They called and it's "Perfect Pitch T" I googled it and it's a scam!

You can avoid this by making sure your personal information is out of the blocks. When they (Colleges) ask if interested and they have your name and address ect. Before you press "NO THANKS" take your info out of the blocks or they will contact you anyway!

I received several calls a day from 312-489-2151, mostly hang ups.  I called them back 10 times straight
and Melissa hung up on me each time I asked them not to keep calling me.  They will not reveal how they are obtained these telephone numbers.  I finally asked for a supervisor (after asking 5 times)
finally a supposingly supervisor came on the line and stated he would have his IT person (Brad) delete my number from their system.  They are too annoying, continously calling when obviously no one is interested in their services whatever they are offerring.

I called them back and it sounds like an actual person but its automated.  Im trying to find a job and its a shame that companies try to take advantage of others misfortune.  Im a college graduate with a clean record and good work history but sreiously considering a life of crime due to the lack of honest ways to make a living.

called me on 12-28 and i hung up on them. no clue who it is. chicago area code! F-off.

Searched the number on google and found this page so I decided to contribute. Been getting calls all day and night today, but haven't answered.. They never leave a message, and I've tried texting them (prior to finding this page) but they never wrote back. However the texts went through with no problems, so its NOT a landline because whenever I've txt an unknown number that turns out to be a landline, my phone sends me a return text saying its a landline number. So again, It seems that it is NOT a landline number, and thefore must be a cell phone with somebody on the other end receiving the texts.. I don't recall looking at any type of education/college/career sites, so if what you all are saying is true then I don't know why im getting calls from them. Not only have I not looked at any sites of that nature, but I also NEVER put my phone number on anything, for this very reason. So I have no clue why im getting these calls. But just wanted to contribute to the rest of you. Thanks and good luck with these losers.

Some dipwad tele marketer, he keeps calling even though I told him not to. Maybe alot of people should call him all at once from blocked numbers so he can see how it feels!

Ok, I tried to mess with them after receiving 3-4 calls. I acted like I was a redneck, in his 60 without education and would love to go to college for free if they would pay for it....they have gotten really clever....after about 15 minutes of some good material, I kept noticing the same phrases being said...it was a recorded message obviously cued to pick up on certain answers. You are not speaking with a real person on the end, it is an automated voice, bummer.

312-489-2151 comes up as Perfect Pitch T and that's all I get on caller ID.

I have just got a call from that number. Unfortunately, there is no way to find out for free who is calling and I am not in a position to pay one cent to find out. As I am a job seeker and I have lately been invaded by scammers, I did not take the call. But as I see from what I read here, other customers have been harassed from this phone number too.

AMEN TO THAT....IF WE WANTED ANY OF THIS STUFF WE WOULD CALL THEM...THEY NEED TO QUIT BOTHERING US PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO LOOK FOR WORK...MAKES IT HARD WHEN YOU KEEP GETTING ALL THESE FREAKIN PHONE CALLS....

They have called me 9 times since yesterday....THEY ARE GIVING ME A HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!!

If I report the people at DegreeMentor.com as often as they call me, which is usually several times a day and all hours of day or night, will that get me any assistance in putting a stop to these annoying people.  Is the educational system in this country, the USA, in so much trouble they have to jump astradle every person who goes on the internet looking for a job and pound the need for increasing their education into people's heads.  I guess I will report to you each day I receive a call.  I don't have a job yet, and evidently you are allied with this company on your web site, thus they must operate under your sanction.  I always mark very definitely that I am not interested in furthering my education.  Then I treat the people calling me so rudely that I would never want to call me again, if I were them, but they call right back day or night, often in very embarrassing moments.  So I guess I will harass you each day, and maybe you will disassociate yourself with these people, or at least reel them in.

I have searched job opportunities on the internet and as a result I get repeated unwanted calls from 251-489-2151 Degreementor.com.  Although I inform them that I am only looking for a job on the internet, and absolutely "NO, I did not signify an interest in furthering my education at the age of 80 and highly skilled and educated, PLEASE, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER EVER AGAIN!!!!" I still get two to three calls a day, on my cell phone.  I carry my cell phone with me at all times due to my present age and state of health, and it does not matter where I am, they call, the doctor's office, on the road, in the store, in the bed.  What must I do to tell these people to leave me alone.  I have called their number back and selected the choice of #2, where my number will be removed from their list, but to no avail.  It goes on and on.  Where can I go to file charges against these people.  Telling them to go away does not good, and i pay for the minutes on my phone.  Thanks.  I will appreciate any help you can give me.

they called me about furthing my education. i told them i was not interested and thy hung up on me then i started getting calls for 877 888 3124 that wer hang up calls. I cant block calls so i must deal with the fuc*ers by calling the 312 489 2151 # its weird to me that its jason who ansawers every time and he hangs up on me when i ask to speek to a suppervisior. how anoying fu*k you jason.

Got a call from this number to my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message.  Now they're on my blocked list.  Buh-bye.

For me if not a local call,i press silent then reject the call,'i find out where it is from,put under name of contact,the buisness calling.i tell them very clearly and directly to stop calling if i do decide to talk to the person..

This number called me again and again, I finally answered and they wanted to know if I wanted to further my career.  I said I had taken care of the issue and Jason hung-up.

I have applied for numerous jobs these past three weeks.  Each time I apply for something, I just sit back and wait for the spam email and the disruptive phone calls.  Credit  checks, work at home, colleges, trade schools, insurance.... you name it.  Nothing is on the up and up these days.  And it's very disheartening when seeking real employment.
