Yea, I was hustled too by Herbie ! At the Mudbug OTB in the early 90's as well. Before the con, I went to the old man to see if he could represent a friend for an NHL contract. The friend will remain nameless but his brother was in the midst of a borderline HOF career and I heard Steve's hustle. Steve negotiated what could only be seen as one of the worst 2 way contracts in the history of the National Hockey League. I should have trusted my gut that his 15 minutes of fame was eluding him but all I thought of was how well he did for McMahon, Sanders (Before he wisely switched to Parker) and several other prominent athletes and local newscasters. With the mighty rise there was the huge fall from his arrogant perch. As the previous post says STAY AWAY FROM HERBIE AND STEVE. I will not paint the whole family with a broad brush but certainly the patriarch and the "sickly" little boy who pretended to be any prominent athletes "friend," gopher and lackey. I am astounded he is not ostracized by most of the community and why for the love of god was he kissing Lord Stanley's Cup ! Fitting, since that cup has had more diseases and every form of human and animal waste eliminated in it. Enjoy that kiss Herbie as that had to be the closest you have come to kissing a member of the opposite sex. Just who on planet earth is allowing this guy to represent them in any professional sport or endeavor ? If Herbie and Steve are such "prominent" Chicagoans, ask yourself a question. Why has no former client come out in public to offer a helping hand to clear this scumbag's name ??? I hope for everyone's sake that was scammed, they keep pushing to pursue criminal charges, as Herbie is making Art Schlichter look like a choirboy.

As most of you know his father was once a pretty successful sports agent but HE TOO fell on hard times as karma caught up with him as well. I am actually surprised that lil Herbie is still able to dupe people. His dad has negotiated these "payback" contracts so as to only save the kid from actual hard jail time. You have been warned CHICAGO, stay away from any business deal or monetary transaction from Herbie or his father. There is a reason the NFL and the players association kicked him out of the league and any future representation dealings.

Herbie Zucker has stolen over $100,000 from sports fans all over the Chicago Metropolitan area. He tries to sell tickets, that he doesn't really own, for the Bulls, White Sox & Blackhawks. He shows phony season ticket contracts to buyers who then "contract" to buy a portion of the season. After Herbie receives the check & cashes it, he makes excuses as to why he cannot deliver the tickets. When you want your money back, Herbie stops returning calls and disappears.
Herbie claims to be a sports agent with his fathers company, Zucker Sports Management. However his mother says "Herbie hasn't made a check in years".
His sister, Jennifer Zucker Healy, wrote on her Facebook status "do not buy tickets or anything else from Herbie Zucker, it is a scam. Tell your friends".
Herbie Zucker has police reports filed against him in Tinley Park Illinois, Franfurt Illinois & Chicago Illinois. He is a thief. He keeps repeating this scam. Many of his victims were "friends" including someone who knew him for over 8 years & another who knew him over 30 years. Many were introduced to him thru friends. His father, sports agent Steve Zucker, has admitted Herbie Zucker's guilt & has paid some of the victims back in part, not in full. He paid them in exchange for their silence. But they're taking as they have been wronged & the scam continues on & on.
In order to protect the public, this needs to be out in the open.
Herbie's mother emailed two of the victims claiming that Herbie has no remorse & doesn't know the difference between right & wrong. He will not stop stealing until he is put away.
