Unwanted call.

Another credit card service scam. Calls and either hangs up when answered or gets rude when they start asking questions about our personal stuff

Called 12-8-2012 @ 10:04, no message.

Received a call from this phone number even though I am registered with the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Didn't leave a message. They obviously are targeting cell phone numbers.

if the ftc hung up on rachel ,how come she is still calling me ? i just stopped answering these calls have had 4 of them in as many days all about the same time. why would i need to lower my interest rate on my credit card anyway ? i pay it off every month and therefore do not pay any interest!

these telemarketers are calling us because even though the phone companies promised not to release out phone numbers,they did it anyway. if everyone got together and filed complaints or sued them maybe we would get a little compensation for our time. i get alot of calls from "cardholder services" about lowering my interest rate always rachel for the voice. i simply do not answer anything from outside of my state , since they are the only ones supposed to be calling me!

Called at 8:28p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17th & I didn't recognize #. Caller didn't leave message so I checked this site to verify it some kind of scam......

missed call, when I tried to call back I got "Your call did not go through..."

I had just pulled over and made a call to police to report an urgent situation I had just witnessed--so, I thought it was a police officer calling me back from his personal cell phone (which has happened before).  So, WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY at NIGHT, I tried to p.u. call, but was too late.  I waited to see if caller left a VMM; there was none.

No one would say anything I said hello two times called them an a***ole and hung up.

December 17, 2012. just received a call on my cell from 312-506-8396. I knew it was from Chicago but did not pick it up. No message. I went to this site to check it out and sure enough it is one of those nasty telemarketers. ugh! Don't pick up a call from this number. Scammers. Chicago has a lot of them there.

Disconnect tones won't stop the calls.That technology is passe.

received call from this # number today.  rang 3 times, no msg left.  I called it back and there was no ring. I'm on the do not call list... doesn't that mean do not call???

called to say i won a carnival cruise

I've been charged $105 dollars at Walmart in Chicago IL, and I live in orlando. I assume its from these F****ng Crocks at these fake telemarkerters... DONT PICK UP!

Just look up ATT disconnected number wav. file on net and install it as your outgoing message on your cell phone. Robo hears disconnect tones and drops number. Screw the FTC they won't help you. Beat the scammers at their own game.

i am on the do not call registry and should not be getting these nonsense calls...what good is registering it if no one enforces the law????

Some odd duck called and said I won a cruise.  I do not want these people calling me.  I asked them to take my name off their list.
