ICS is using this number. They are a collection agency with MOST aggressive practices.

I was contacted by this number today. They identified themselves as ICS and asked me to "verify" my birthday and then hung up when I asked "Who is ICS?"

I called back, again asking "Please explain, who is ICS?"  I was asked for my name. I gave Mrs. <lastname> and said again, "I need to know, who is ICS?"  They replied, "Miss <lastname>, as in <my minor daughter's name>?"   Sigh. "I have no business relationship with any ICS.  Who are they, please?"  "The company I work for."  With that, they hung up again.

keep calling and not leaving a message, what kind of crap is this. leave a message at the beep morons.

I got a call from this number she would not say who she were or from where.

Thanks for the warning, folks. l get calls from this number too. Since it's unfamiliar, I don't answer.

I got several calls from this number but they never left a message except they were working from ICR

scam artist beware these peiple hung up on me when i asked who they were, "omg tell me the number and name" i asked again  then click ,they hung up .

This number calls again and again, weeks on end now.  Don't answer this call it is a scam.

Got a call from 1-312-521-7047 on 3/24/2009 at about 1.1 pm. When I picked the call there was a recorded message which said "Please wait on the line, it's important that we speak with you". In about a minute a lady came on the line and called me by my name and asked me to verify my birthdate. I asked her who she was and the organization she is calling from. She said she could not tell me both unless I cooperated and gave her my birthdate confirmation.

I told her I could not verify it and asked her number and organization so I could call her again. She gave her number as 312-521-7047 and said she could not give her name or company name as I was "not cooperating" with her by confirming my birth date, and she immediately hung up.

I checked online and came across this site, and am now sharing the above information with you. Please do not share any personal information over the phone to such crooks.

I will now call the local 311 and report the same for follow-up.
