Received many calls today from this number. When you pick up, it's a recording saying, "Call from [long pause, nothing in there]. To accept, press one. To send a voicemail message, press two." At one point, they were calling both of my numbers at one time. On one line, despite me not pressing anything, it said, "Okay, I will send a voicemail message." And then hung up.

This company calls me once in a while and says something about my auto insurance. I don't own a car. They never identify themselves, and I've asked them to stop calling and they haven't.

I just got a call from this number and picked up. I was some auto insurance automated telemarketer. Scared whether I will get scammed on my phone bill. Did anyone check their phone bills?

Yes, I received a call from this number too. I did not answer. I Will not call back. Nor did they leave message.  Like "Jacque"  I do not answer unknown & unrecognized  calls. Period.

This number calls about every 2 days, its so annoying specially because they don't leave a message. I tried calling back but the number is not in service, I wonder if I report it to the police if they'll be able to track it because it can be a serious thing. A scammer, or someone just trying to track down their next victim.

I have received a couple calls from this number! Don't answer and they do not leave a message! Tried calling back and it rings busy!!! Must be a scam!!! On my reject list now!!!!

Just got a call from then and they were telling me about "my auto insurance policy".. Right away it sounded like a scam.. So i told them I dont even owe a car.. The caller's answer: ohhhh i understand ..and they hung up.. Should have messed with them to find out more

Yeah, got ah call from this number today and when I answered they had hung up quickly for some reason -_- and when I called it back I kept getting a busy signal.... I hate stupid phone calls like this.... -_-

I'm assuming its another crackhead telemarketer

Just got a call, I didnt answer.  Not saying in this case but sometimes when you call back the phone number shown and it is not in service it is because the people who called you spoffed their phone number. Spoofing allows a caller to hide their real phone number while showing a number that you may be more prone to answering;  i.e.; local area code, etc.  Here is an article in case anyone is interested

This is a company from Hong Kong.. the farther I dig the more I find.  IT HAS SEVERAL BUSINESS NAMES AND IDENTITIES! seems like a scam to me

Found the number and info at this site: http://www.institutesv.org/contact   and by the way.. that web address leads right to a contact form for the Administrative offices.. Give em hell and have fun lol
