Do not call am tired of getting these bogus calls

I got three calls from this number as well and every time I answered they'd hang up. So I called back and it was Zack's Investment company. I asked to be removed from their calling list, but had to answer a bunch of questions first. When the guy found out that I only had a couple thousand dollars to invest, he stopped asking questions and said he'd remove my number.

I had spoken to Zacks about 10 years ago. I had told them to register with Hulburt and prove that their 'method' is superior. They called m etoday and asked if i was getting their emails ? I TOLD THEM TO STOP THE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. The Zacks brand is being diluted by their pestering.....

They call and never leave a message

this company has been calling my cell phone multiple times everyday while I am working, they never leave a message,  I researched their number. I found the name of the company on YP.com  It is Zacks Leonard
and investment advisary type firm.   Because of their phone practices, I would never use this company.

Had missed calls on one of my numbers - Never Leaves A Message... They are from Zacks Investment Research - too bad they didn't leave a message - would have called them back or answered - by the time I found out who it was had already added to blocked list.  Not a telemarketer per se since you usually have initiated a previous contact. Oh well, if they can't be bothered with leaving a message, then we can't be expected to return or answer the calls...

Got a call from this number and when I answer- noone answers on the other end...If I don't answer- they don't leave any messages---it does not make any sense at all!

just got a call from..3126309880...researched as being Zack's research institute..what is up with that? How did they get my number?

I've been getting calls from this number, but it stops ringing before I can answer.  I don't call back on unknown #'s.  Zacks may be the caller--  based on preceding messages.

Is this phone number from Google or a scamer? How would I know for sure?

Gotta call from this number. Did not answer. When receive such a call tell them you are on "do not call list" and they are obliged to terminate the call.

I got it too. Subscribed to their free email - didn't get much out of it.
Now I have to figure a way if there is a call block on my cell phone.

Received at least 4 callas (5 -20 secs each) in the last 3 months. My phone number has been in the "Do not call (To avoid telemarketers calls) for 4 years. Now that I know the modus operandi and the origin I just reported them with all details and will repeat the call without answering their phone every time needed. Thank to everyone for the above information.

Numerous calls from this number with no voicemail and no one there when I answer.

I've received quite a few calls from this number but they never talk, or leave a message.

This number calls me multiple times a day and no one says anything when I pick up

Am glad to know who is calling.  I signed up for ZACKS email reports.  Now I'll cancel that subscription, and by the way, they haven't made me any money.  Cheers and Thanks again!

Called for my boss this AM.  I told him (as I do all unknown callers for my boss) boss is not available.  Then he started his routine - "Oh I left my cell phone at home, got your office # through 411, just give me bosses mobile #".  
Me "I prefer not to give out his mobile #, but would be happy to take a message for him".
Rude Caller "JUST GIVE ME HIS #".
Me "I prefer not to give out his mobile #, but would be happy to take a message for him".
Rude Caller "Put me on hold & get permission from someone to give me his #"
Me "I don't need permission, I will not give out his cell #"
Rude Caller "DEAR, STOP THE ROUTINE & GIVE ME HIS #".
Me "I am not your dear, and I will not give you his #"
This continued a few more rounds, I stood my ground, he finally hung up!  I called the # back, gave them all 5 of our office lines and requested they never call our office again!

Stupid and sofa-king-wee-toddid telemarketers.
