I have received two voicemails from this number for the past two days saying it's not a solicitation call and it's very important I call them back.  They're saying it's in regards to a returned item that requires my immediate attention. They also say it would be in my best interest if myself or my council to call them back to discuss voluntary resolution to this matter and to call them back at this number:  800-804-5587  That's funny, I don't have any issues with my bank and everything that I used with my debit card or wrote checks for has all cleared.  What kind of scam is this???

My mother got a call from the 312-651-6378 number while she was at work and called me at home to check it out. Called them, put on mute and listened, both numbers 312-651-6378 and 323-302-4864 at one point had the same woman answering the phones back to back when I was checking it out. Then they got wise and started switching up between coworkers.
Very annoying to be having my mother worrying about a call from them since the lady she talked to had started confusing her about some money issues with her bank or whatever that she was feeding my mothers head with.
Most likely nothing ever happened considering we live in the South and have no relations to Illinois or California.

These guys called me and made threats and pretty much told me to pay up. They also called one of my family members as well claiming I was wanted for writing bad checks. They're calling from Simon Eichler and Associates and they're very rude and will talk over you. I plan on contacting the FTC and taking legal action. They'll also use different numbers when calling. According to another complain site the FBI apparently knows about these guys so apparently they're scammers. Don't give them any info and take action.

These guys from Simon Eichler & Associates just called me today and no doubt this is a scam. They called one of my relatives claiming I wrote a bad check and then called me claiming that I owe money because I took out a loan several years ago. I got 2 separate calls from these people. One of them practically accused me of lying when I told them I had no idea why they would be calling me or a relative over a money matter. Both of the people I talked with were rude and one of them said I should man up and be honest and admit to owing money that I don't even owe.

Then when I told them to stop calling me and my relatives, they said they'd keep calling and even when I told them that I know my rights under federal law one of these lowlifes said I didn't know what I was talking about and that maybe I was a scammer for not giving them any money. I told them to send me a letter and one of their reps asked me if I read every single piece of mail that was sent to me and answered it. The second guy that called me said they didn't have to send me a letter via regular mail and that President Clinton changed the law so it was legal to send a debt letter by email.

Regardless, when I insisted they remove my relative's number from their database they claimed the relative was calling in while they had me on the phone which wasn't true. In fact, my relative didn't give them any of personal information.

If they call their number comes across as 312-651-6378 on caller ID as well as 323-302-4864. Do not give them any personal information. They resorted to threats and intimidation with me but I refused to give in. Report these guys from Simon Eichler and Associates to the FTC and also consult an attorney. That's what I'm doing.

Keeps calling my sons number asking for someone who doesn't have his number.
The guy is very arrogant. I got into a screaming match with him & told him to quit calling or I was going to get him for harassment. He said why haven't you already... The jerk

They call with an auto dialer and tell me that its legal. They're trying to skip trace for a relative! No reason for them to call me multiple times and leave a message!

I received a call No Idea who they are !

this number has been calling me an they called my ex wife to get my number they are harassing ,an they said i had a payday loan but wont give me any information about it

They keep on calling threat to arrest me if i dont pay. They keep calling harrassing me at work all day.

this number has called me saying I received a payday loan and owe money, which I have never received a payday loan.  They are rude and won't stop calling.  They have also called from other numbers
