All you have to do is call a law firm that specializes in the fair credit debt reduction act.  If you lived in Minneapolis, I have a GREAT lawyer who never loses a case.  I am fighting credit card usage by someone who used mine against my knowledge and they just want their money. They don't care about circumstances or anything.  If you make an arrangement for $1 a month, they have to take it according to the law.  Look through your yellow pages my friend....lawyers are out there to help you!

Hmmm, I got a call from them today, no message left but the rental I'm in is in foreclosure.  Wonder if this is really for my deadbeat landlady.  Like I need her mess in my life.

Its Baker Miller - they want your money - and chances are they already got judgement!

They called today for the first time since the winter, asking for Mr or Mrs. (my first name) then Mr. (my last name) inquiring about a John Gavin.  We never heard of him.  We got calls regarding this during the winter, like 7 months ago.  That's when I told them our name and address, as they had already sent an investigator to our house (a three flat) last winter and asked my wife about John Gavin.  Today the secretary that called gave me the address way on the south side.  I've had my number for 13 years.  Are they trying to verify that I live here by giving me another name and tricking me into revealing ours?  How do we file harassment, without it costing us?

I am saying that because I had NO luck whatsoever, trying to negotiate a payment plan with them..............they agreed to a payment plan over the phone and then I received a court notice 10-days later...............SOOOOO.......be careful what you say to them!
