I have been receiving at least 2 calls from this number each day for the last 3 days.  When I pick-up the phone, there is nobody on the other end.  I tried to call the number but there is a message stating it is disconnected.

They called saying that gas prices were going up so they were lowering our rates by 15 percent. They had our number but not the right address.
