they call continuiousaly all day long with no messages left.

I called the number back today since they don't seem to want to give up on ringing my phone constantly. A recorded message states that they are "Insurance Servies". If you listen to the entire recorded message, you can opt out by pressing # 2. You then get a message saying that it will take them 5 to 30 business days to be taken off of their list.

Got a call from this number. left no msg. I called it back and was able to remove my phone number from their 'subscriber data base'. It's a company called WCA Subscriber Services.

These calls are very annoying!! They occur very late in evening with no left messages. UGHHHH...wish the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY worked, but it doesn't for spam dialers :(

A call to SD Heyman got me transferred to a voicemail and never received a returned call.
A google search reveals no SD Heyman in Encinitas, CA.
I suggest that anyone receiving calls from WCA subscriber services calls these places for every call they receive. If they won't provide or honor an opt-out, I suggest we flood their phones with as many calls as they give to us.
