They told me that too. I asked them where they were from and they gave me all their information and made me feel comfortable giving them my info. Hopefully, those things come in the mail. If you gave them your info, did you recieve your prizes? let me know asap please

it,s the same company but #(312)878-9566,they have called every hour from 730 am till 1030pm everyday for a week ,i pick up the phone and it,s always dead air,when i call them back it says wait for the beep but there is not one .

I started receiving repeated  calls from SILGATE SOLUTIONS several days ago. I GOOGLED the name went to the website got all of their contact/email info: info@ silgate.cc, hr@silgate.cc, fax# 775-361-0539, PH: 866-395-8627". I Emailed both addresses like 100 times from my cell "PLEASE TELL YOUR TELEMARKETING/MARKETING DEPARTMENT TO STOP CALLING THESE #'S xxx-xxx-xxxx."  As of Today July 6, 2011 i have not received any calls so i did not use the fax # repeatedly. This is an outsorced telemarketing company whose clients are walmart & your other local shopping stores. Hope this helps someone! :-)

SILGATE SOLUTIONS is an outsource telemarketing company. Their clients are walmart, target, etc......your everyday shopping place. The attendant @ the wal-mart gas station said "call this # for a chance to win a $100 gas gift card. Nobody won last month." I figured ok- I shop there alot maybe i will be lucky enogh to win...."NOT" This was in June. On July 1st the calls began. FYI: DO CALL THE #'S  ON YOUR RECEIPTS UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR A FACT IT'S LEGIT!!!

These people are relentless. They have been calling me at least 8X a day, from 7 a.m. thru 10 p.m. for the past week. The number is from Chicago Illinois, but the guy on the phone sounded like he was from a country waaaay far away. I asked him to take my name off his call list, no go. So, now I am going to call my carrier and just have his douchey butt blocked. I am sure after enough people call and complain, this company will be shut down soon enough. I don't use a credit card over the net, nor do I answer any surveys.....so who knows where they got my business cell information. What a bunch of w**ks.

Five calls, various foreign accents, same spiel, "you have won..."  I ask who they think they are calling and it has been Allen Smith or White and I tell them they are wrong, so remove my number from your list.  Then we get into a shouting match (which I kind of enjoy) until THEY give up and hang up.  I intend to win this, because I can be a real potty mouth when necessary.

Will someone please do their job and shut this down?!

That's interesting.   The fact that they can verify a valid credit card number means they have access to credit card records of some kind, possibly a merchant account.   These are dangerous criminals.

I have gotten several calls from this number, which I haven't answered. They do not leave a message, THANK GOD!! I did call the number and it says something about a "trial" so I hung up. I don't give my number out online and I don't sign up for contests or free offers so I don't know how they got it. Very annoying.

I have asked them time and time again to stop calling me and remove me from there list and they keep calling me.

so these people have been calling me and my boyfriends number about a walmart gift card,they called and started to ask my boyfriend if they could talk to me so he hung up. they then called back not even an hour later, and started telling me that i won a free cup of coffee with who ever was on the phone. i told him that i had  a boyfriend and to put us on the do not call list but he wouldnt listen. and kept saying the same thing. we then hung up. when we tried to call back and get put on the do not call list which i know takes 72 hours, the beep never happened and we put the number in and all it said was thanks for calling.

Make these stupid calls stop!!!!

misleading, harrasing and guerilla tactic marketing........have no contact or correspondence with these people......their validity has not been verified......this is an individual violating FCC rules. He is using a regular homephone. When you call the number you are offered the ability to enter your number after the beep to allegedly be removed from his calling list. In fact he is using the number tones to add numbers to his list. What he doesn't know is that his voice print is as good as a finger print. Assuming he does know that, I am certain he is using a voice generation unit to disguise his actual voice. What he may not have considered is that the FCC has software vastly superior to his and can actually Identify his software and his original voice. While there are many ways to play cat and mouse with his marketing efforts, they all will end with enormous fines and possible jail time. Either/ or , he will out smart himself and the profit he seeks to make in  a less than honorable fashion will not only be absorbed in attorney fees or years of retribution for violation of our individual rights but he could quite likely(hopefully) be made an example of by the laws of our Constitution and the ammendments made therein.

This was a scam trying to get information from me.  They had my address. My phone number.  my Name and wanted my credit card information.  I proceeded to give them a gift card number I had for 25$  Just to see how far I could go and if it indeed was a scam.  The first guy I had on the phone was going to give me a $250 shell gas voucher.  But since i Used an American Express Gift card I was told I would receive a $150 gift card instead.  My credit card would be charged 2.95 for handeling fee.  I said ok.  After he took my credit card information I was told i would be connected with a verification manager.  THe verification manager told me I had to repeat my name address, and phone number into a recording.  After which i would recieve my conformation number.  I told the guy that he better lose my information.  There was no way I was going to repeat my name into a recorder.  DO you know what they can do with computer technology these days.  IF they have your name phone number and address said by your voice!  It would be very easy to assimilate your voice and then just type to talk.  They could then use it to order various things online using your voice and your information.  Scary! THis is a total scam and I told they shouldnt be trying to rip people off.  LSS he hung up on me.  XD

seriously they called and their rep was asking me who i was how old i was if i was single if i had a boyfriend if i wanted to f***... really i asked for a manager and told him yesterday to take my name and number off the list they didnt and have already called me today again. they will not leave me alone

im a single mother and i ahve more important things than being called by countless numbers and it is really anoying.....and insulting i just want 2 be left alone so my kids and i can get on with life........

The first time they called, all they said was hello.  I said "who is this?" and they hung up.  Tonight I did not answer the phone and they did not leave a message.  I hope they don't call again.

this number called me seven time a day. it called me almost every hour in day  time. I answered twice.
I asked : why did you call me that many tine . the guy said: because we love your number. then I said:
please don't call me any more. After few hours, a lady called me again, I asked: why do you call me .
then she said: becaused you have be selected for a two hundred dollaes gift card program. then I said : no, thank you .I don't want it , please don't call me any more.

K so these A holes have got me so pissed off lol. Woke me up out a dead sleep. Trying to "offer" me a free wal mart gift card voucher. I get calls all the time. The accent is quite obvious..heh. sooo.. Oh funny calling me again while I write this anyway. This number called 4 times twice yesterday and twice today i picked up the third time they called the the person diddnt say their company all they said was "hello, how are you doing today" the person had a heavy asian voice i called back and on the other side a man said ive been contacted for telemarketing purposes so i took my number off the do not call list a few hours later they called again and said "hello, how are you doing today" i said "you have the wrong number it was the same person that called before there was silence for a few seconds and they hung up they havent called again.....yet!

They called me 3 times yesterday and I answered on the 4th, some indian guy came on and said that I qualified for a gift card, i told him I was not interested and he hung up on me. I called back and got a machine, they say you can enter your number if you do not want to be contacted anymore, or press 2 if you want to talk to a live person. I entered my number and they called me immediately twice after and hung up. They called me 4 more times today and when I tried to call them to talk to a live person, you can only leave a message but their voicemail box is full. Does anyone know if this warrants a legit complaint on the do not call registry?
