I just a call from that number. I did not recognize it so I did not answer it. They did not leave a message so it could not be too important.

WCA Subscriber services is one of those online scam sites that decided to go back to trying to scam idiots on the phone, too.  If you actually listen to their "menu", its a list of businesses who want your money.  Don't listen to these ads just to see what they are.  A friend did this a while ago and somehow "subscribed" to 17 different magazine companies without giving any info.  Even though a magazine was never received, she began receiving "collection" calls from companies she never heard of, demanding money for product never seen or heard of.
Of course, most of these calls are Identity Theft scams, as anyone with common sense knows.  I actually had a "lawyer" call my number once, telling me I was in legal trouble for not paying the bill for whatever the hell it was they said I supposedly ordered.
Best way to handle these people:
Say, "Okay, I'll give you my full name, address, phone number and verify who I am with my credit card number, but first I need your full name, your company's legal name and address, your manager's name, and your personal credit card number so the Better Business Bureau and your local branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Fraud Unit can verify that you are who you say you are."
If you say all this calmly, and actually pronunciate the full names of both bureaus, you'll be surprised (or won't, if you're not an idiot) how quickly these Virtual Pickpockets try to get you off the phone.
Just keep needling them for info without giving them any of your own, no matter what they are saying.

"But, sir, did you know that you'll receive a beautiful *faux*GOLD watch if you simply answer a simple question?"
"Oh really?  Ooh, that does sound nice!  So, what did you say your home address was?"
"I can't give you that information, but if you'll just answer a quick survey-"
"Say, can you hold on a second?  We've almost got this call traced."
"Thank you for calling *whatever* Services.  Goodbye."   -click-

If I don't recognize the number, it must be someone I don't want to talk to.  It's also funny how they claim (when they leave a voice-mail message) that I actually signed up to receive such calls.  I must have been asleep that year!
