I dont answer numbers I dont know.  This one calls all the time, day and night.

WOW! I thought I was just goofing around this website and checking out who my daughter is talking to now. Turns out by reading the comment above that its not her call. I too have a call on my caller ID that says "OLD". I don't have an answering machine and I don't know if this call was answered at this time. WTF! This is the first time I have seen this and I have another call but its from "IT" and they were placed 1 minute/04 seconds apart with the "IT" call first. What are these calls?

27 June 2011 -- 6:45 pm -- Caller ID said "OLD".  No message was left.  Presume this to be a telemarketer from other comments on this site.

I got a call from this number around the beginning of May. I asked the person where she got my number and she said from my credit card company I told her that wasn't true because this was my business line & my credit card companies don't have the number. She got nasty, I told her to remove me from the list and she instead she told me "B*$ch I will call you every damn day just to harrass you" I gotten a few more calls, twice I've spoken to them, told them I wasnt interested and to please remove me, now the calls come but nobody is there. It's a weekly thing now. Don't bother threatening this type of person or company with your lawyer just send a letter to your State Attorney General stating dates, times and the phone number that is calling you. I have gone this route in the past with a legit cell phone company that was using unfair billing practices and the AG worked for me and I was released from the contract with no termination fees or outstanding balances!

I recieved a phone call from this company can't get anyone. Don't leave a message their out of chicago.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY, SAID THEY WERE LOOKING FOR MY WIFE AND ASK IF I HANDLE THE FINANCES OF THE HOUSE, I TOLD THEM NOTHING, THE LADY GOT MAD AND SAID IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS RUN THEN YOU ARE NOT THE MAN OF THE HOUSE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.  I CALL BACK THE NUMBER FROM MY CALLER ID AND TOOK ME TO A REMOVAL SYSTEM OF MY PHONE NUMBER.  DO NOT KNOW WHO OR WHAT COMPANY THIS IS???  BUT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!...

They call multiple times per day and leave rude messages.  I do not need Debt Solutions as I am not late on any bills.
Its a scam and I want it to stop.

I received a call on my cell phone every day around the same time and I do not answer it. I don't answer numbers I do not know since it is usually someone trying to sell me something like magazines or a free trip that will only cost me $300 per person.  I still don't understand that one. I am on a do not call list and still get calls like this.  It is annoying.

Called me 6-22-11 at 3:38pm. I do not know them. Did not answer it.

Got a call from them yesterday early evening.  Called it back & it says if you wish to have your number removed to enter it.....so I did.  Don't know who they are or what they want....like I've said before, my phone numbers are all on the DO NOT CALL LIST....doesn't seem to do a damned bit of good.....tired of contacting the FCC & all these websites......

Toney from this number called me Monday June 20,2011.  I requested he verify by spelling both the company name he was representing and the website that he states that I contacted requesting his companies assistance. He would not verify the company he was calling for NOR  the website he says that I entered to initiate his calling my personal cellphone.  Upon my repeatedly requesting this information be spelled out by him so that I could VERIFY the information he was telling me HE promptly stated that I was being rude and hung up the phone stating he would call back Tuesday June 21, 2011

I do not want calls from Debt Solutions and have told them I am not interested.  They continue to call my cell phone, using my minutes.

I try blocking this number on cell  phone, but so far no luck.
I didn't answer it either after reading some of the messages on line.
I have my land line and cell phone on the do not call list.

I got a call at 3:45pm from Debt Solutions on 6/16, and he asked me did i still have debt over $4,000 and i said i was not interested and asked to be removed from the call list, he said that was not possible.  Said i had to answer his questions and he would keep calling till i did.  I told him that was illegal once i asked to be removed, he said it was his job to get answers.  I called the number back and it said to enter my number to be removed from the call list.  I did, and he called back and spoke to my employee at 6:50, she told him I was not there and he did not believe her, and asked what was this business that she supposedly worked at and he would investigate it.  My number was put in a 2nd time to be removed.  He is very rude and infuriating,  I very rarely get that angry and he definitely pushed both our buttons.  If they are trying to get someone one to agree to reduce their debt why lie and mess with them in this way.  It was pure harrasment and i am not even late and have only paid a few bills late in 25 years.  He told her he would try to reach me at 5am and would continue to call till i answered his questions.  They also called yesterday from 312-878-9662 and when i told that person i was not interested and to take me off the list he said okay.  This guy said he saw in the records that he had called but got no answers so i would continue to receive calls.  Help, this has got to be illegal to be treated like this.
