Got a call from Transnational - They called 4 times in 2 hours. Dirty scum people on the phone who could hardly speak english. Asked to be taken off the list and they refused - Their must be some way of stopping companies from this practice.

They called and asked if we took Visa I said that we do and she preceded to ask all sorts of questions about our business. When I said she could come down she hung up.

I answered as the name of our business, and she said, "I have you as _____ Gallery."  I said, "Well, we are that as well.  What can I do for you?" And she yelled at me, "Don't talk to me like that!" and hung up.  Come on, people.  I have better things to do.

We got a call from them and the guy asked if we accepted Visa, and we told him "yes, and what is this for?"  The caller then hung up on me.  I called them back, the company was Transnational, out of Chicago, and asked to be removed from their call list or whatever list they are putting our number on.  She said she removed it, who knows...

The best way to deal with this is to post their numbers on websites such as Craigslist. Set them up as sex services.

Received a call from this company - person asked if I took M/C or Visa and then said thank you and hung up. I found this to be very suspicious and when called this company back  - the operater(s) were very rude. Would never do business with a company like this - ever!!

My call was from a male who asked if we took credit cards.I asked him to take us of their list and he replied- well I was going to order a wedding cake,but now I'm not from you and hung up.

Reporting "another" phone call.  The continue to harass me and my business for a credit card machine.  They wouldn't take "no" for an answer and they called back 4 times in a row.  They were asked not to call again, every time, and continued to.  I told them the third time, not to call, they would receive a letter about harassmentlast time, they would be contacted by my lawyer regarding harassement.  The fourth time they called they pushed buttons and wouldn't let me talk so when they quit, I screamed as loud as I could in their ear.  They won't call back again and I am contacting my lawyer regarding their harassment.  If we all stand together in one suit, they will hear us.

Got a call from them today and found a sales position they posted online while searching for their number.

I just received a call this morning from them.  I answered and caught the girl off guard....like she wasn't sure who she called and was giggling.  She asked if I accepted credit cards and I said yes.  She said o.k. and hung up.  Don't have time for these types of calls when I have business to conduct and it's all day and night.  They are taking me away from my clients.  Besides, I've worked for a company that sold credit card rates, machines and other products for the industry, and when we were told no by the potential customer, or not interested, etc. we didn't continue to contact the business.  This company is not the norm and is very unprofessional, that's why the independent company I worked for did so well!  I would NEVER go through this company but the one I used to work for since they can blow the rates out of the water compared to any bank other company.

we get lots of calls from these guys. always rude. of course we don't accept credit cards, we are non-profit!

Guy called identified himself as Jamie stated he wanted to speak to the owner. This company is owned by my father and this business isn't the kind that deals with credit cards.  When I told the guy we weren't interested he started berating me with talk of how I was rude and because we were a business he didn't have to take us off the list.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor he responded that he was the supervisior and he was going to keep calling me over and over. He hung up on me and called right back!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE MORONS???!!! How can they be stopped? Seriously we need to all file complaints with the FCC and have them shut down!!!!!

A woman named Ashley called me yesterday from this phone number. The first words out of her mouth were "Do you take credit cards?" When I answered "yes" she said she owned a restraunt in Chicago and was opening one here in Tacoma Washington. She went on to say she wanted to set an appointment with me to discuss purchasing meat products for both restraunts. She said she would call me to have coffee this weekend when she got to town. I got suspisious today and ran a reverse look up. It came back unlisted so i googled the phone number and low and behold here we are. I called the number that was on my caller id and they answered transnational. When i confronted them about Ashley's call the receptionist told me to go screw myself.

Call was from credit card company and misrepresented themselves as from Bank of America. They offered to set up machine for free and monthly charge. They lead you to believe they are from Bank of America. Bank of America needs to
know of this scam.

I got a call from this number and the male on the other line asked me if I did home improvement, to which I replied, "What company are you with."  He then said, "I am with Santa's workshop, and my name is Santa Claus."  They then hung the phone up on me!!!  It was the craziest thing....

I received a call from this company asking me if I accepted credit cards and when I answered yes, she made an appointment for a wash & set.  (Only older women request that service) I asked for her call back number, as I do with all clients and she hesitated and gave me a bogus (510) number she made up off the top of her head.  She said her name was Ashley.  I call the company back and asked to be removed from their calling list.

The guy asked me if i took credit cards, i deal with telemarketers on a daily basis so i asked what company he was with, he told me Bank of America. WTF?? He proceded to ask the most ridiculous questions and started to get really rude with me for no reason. I have no clue how they sell a thing talking and acting like ***holes! Anyway, i have to turn these jerk wads in.

Same here....she did ID herself as representing Transnational, but when I told her I was uncomfortable answering her question "...are you setup to accept credit cards?", she said she was at a loss and that I'm crazy.

continues to call my cell -- answered one time and a woman asked if I accepted credit cards ... I asked that my number be taken off their calling list and hung up. They obviously didn't take it off as I still get calls.

Didn't answer phone because I didnt recognize the phone number and they left a weird sound on my machine.
