this company called me on a Saturday morning @ 8am cdt!!! i filed a complaint with the fcc. they can only call you between 9am and 9pm your time. if they violate this (any and all telemarketers including bill collectors) they can get fined and go out of business. this company is harris and harris collection agency aka a bill collector

I received a call from here and same as above, it is from collection agency.

A recorded message asking the person to call back. I didn't bother calling back but did some research and found it to be Harris and Harris. They are a collection agency.
