From what I have gathered, and after filing an identity theft report, this appears to be a scam. Please do not give these people your information. They probably already have it though. They have my social security number. They are also threatening me. The guys name is also Mark Washington in my emails.

The same MARK WASHINGTON keeps sending me emails.  Threatening to take me to court, report me to IRS and lose my job.

I just tried to call this number. the person gave me a name of Mark Washington. Sounded hinky!
