have you ever heard of do not call list? just ask nicely for a supervisor and ask to write your number down and it take it out of the lists manually. just be nice its a damn phone call not like they are asking for money just trying to help keep a safe blood IN YOUR AREA. and theyre pushy because when you just ask someone to do something they WILL ALWAYS SAY NO you have to push people to help. if you dont want called just ask to be taken off the list OR DONT PUT YOUR NUMBER DOWN!!!! loLOLOlOLOLOLOLOLOL come on now common sense people

They have been calling my home phone since July of 2012 twice a day. Once just about 9:00 a.m. central time, and then again at about 9:00 p.m. central time. These people seem to be pre-programmed. No thought prosses what so ever. No common sense at all. Everything they say seems to be read from a sheet of paper in front of them. They totally ignore everything you tell them. They are trained not to take no as an answer. That is why they act so rude when you insist on telling them that you are not interested.

I do not know who or what this Lifesource is and I do not want them calling my home ever again!

Lifesource has been bugging me with phone calls for over 2 years. I used to donate at work, what a mistake.  They're pushy  and don't give up.  Is there anything I can do to get them to go away?

So what did u do to have them blocked from yer cell phone?  I'm thinking this "do-not-call" list is a sham and these vermin go after those "do not call" numbers first b/c... they can!  It is all republican controled...

I tried this in Illinois. Be aware: you CAN give blood less than a year after getting a tattoo if you get one in Illinois. They told me that it's because of the ink and kinds of instruments they use. Just FYI before you do!

They call me multiple times every day. I told them in 2011 that I cannot donate blood and if i'm ever able to donate blood I'll call them myself to schedule an appointment. They called again and I informed them that I am on on the do not call list, and that I do not want to be contacted by LifeSource again.  This year they started calling again. They are very persistent. I picked up the phone but they hung up.  What's the purpose of their call if they will hang up?  

I just filed a complaint. I hope more people will do the same.

One of my sisters told them I died and they still call!

Next time they call I'll tell them I'm HIV+ :-)

They have been calling me EVERY SINGLE DAY. I understand you need the blood donations, but people have lives. They will donate when they want to donate.  I can't block the number either because they call from different numbers every day! Frustrating.

If you don't want them to call, tell them you recently got a tattoo. After getting a tattoo, you can't donate for atleast a year (and they won't call you AT ALL!). I used to donate blood in highschool until I started getting tattoos (pretty frequently), so Lifesource never calls me anymore.

Life Source calls me at least four times a day.  It is harassment and I am going to call them to them them so.........I know their number and when I am ready to give blood, I can call them for an appointment.  I think there is some type of commission given to the person calling for each appointment they set up.  They have asked me what types of medicines I take which is not really any of their business!  I did tell them a couple of them and they said "oh that is okay to give while you are on that".  Are these appointment makers physicians?  I know that when you do give blood you are questioned and a simple iron count is taken and I have been refused because of it.  When that happened to me, the girl told me to eat a couple of handfulls of raisens before you come.  WHAT???  I am sick of these calls.  Yesterday I was called twice within 40 minutes, then again about 7:15 and again at 8:30 p.m.  Do these people ever quit???????????

312-929-1865 is LifeSource, a group soliciting for blood donations.  Legitimate group but very pushy.  When told you can't donate for health reasons and  to remove you from the list, they don't.  Tonight I have received 13 phone calls about every 20 minutes over 4 hours.  Legitimate or not, that's harassment.  I'm reporting them to the FCC
