Calls, hangs up...13 calls in 3 days. Blocked the number...still calls. Call back and get Verizon wireless customer not availible. Spoof possible, call may not even be from this number.

Glad I found out this because they just started calling me after an install of appliances. I need to talk to them. Too bad I missed all 3 of their calls--they never leave a message.

I have gotten this number  and I also bought an appliance from them but it wont stop me from going back to them to buy more it not the store u bought its fault its the company who does the surveys for them..

Yes, it is a Sears survey contact.

I have received 6 phone calls to my
Cell from this number. I have purchased two appliances from Sears. Recognizing that this might be a survey company calling. I phoned my local Sears
Store and asked to speak to a corporate officer. They
Checked this number and confirmed that ALL product
Surveys are made from the local Sears store where the item is purchased. The last call came in at 8:45p. It's been going on for over eight hours now. If this continues ill be calling my
State attorney pronto. Enough is enough.

Totally annoying.  They won't stop calling. Automated message that does not give you the option to say no. I even called sears hub and told them to never call me again.  They did something to take me off the list, but I just got another one.  If they do not stop I will NEVER buy another thing from SEARS.

Called me tonight. Survey. Just bought all new appliances for my kitchen. Never buy the extended warranty because you never need it with Kenmore products. Have not had to call for service in my 30 years out on my own.

do not call again. the message is so low you can not hear them.  it's a nuisance when they keep calling and you can't hear them.

It must be a Sears phone number like Joel said, I recently bought a treadmill from them and now they keep calling.

i am sick and tired of getting calls from sears two and three times a day...i called back and told them to take my name off the list....looks to me like sears would do something bout this business about survey calls.....makes you think that you dont' want to ever buy anything again from sears...amen.....

We recently had a washer repair by sears.  Now, many phone calls with no message.

There's nothing like good ol' fashion ice maker.  Go to Walmart or K-mart, get yourselves those ice cubes maker, fill it with water and into the freezer.

The hell with automatic ice maker.

Same here had poor service .. but not from the repair man.
It was from Sears Customer Service center.

They kept calling to reschedule with these non-sense and poor excuses.  Told them what kind of business are you all running ... told them they are a joke.  

Sears is not what they use to be.

Demanded refund on food that was spoiled.

Took Sears survey on-line and now they keep calling me.

Called me 5x in 2 days during very inconvenient times in my day.  Can't believe Sears uses this service.  I completed a survey when the tech was here so never should have been contacted by these people.  Then I have to go online to unsuscribe??? unbelievable.

Obviously, this did not happen. Also Sears does not own Target.

I concur. In the customer service industry, surveys are extremely important for the employee and can sometimes impact incentives and raises. If you receive good service it is a good practice to complete the survey regardless of how you feel about the company overall. Many times the company rating is only a small part of the survey. Employees subject to surveys appreciate the feedback and their supervisors use the information to coach their performance good or bad.

Call from 312-951-1276. Was a missed call on cell, no voice mail. Read this thread and determined it was Sears that fixed our range. Very good service, timely, and a very friendly service person. I completed the "survey" he asked for on his Sat laptop and gave an excellent review, nevertheless, this company called. Why? I followed the link to the do not call site shown below and hopefully it will stop calls.

they called and left a message. it was guy pausing, then saying "this ain't the right numba!" lol
