I got the call today, but instead of a Lincoln Navigator, the message said I have won $25,000.  This in a sweepstakes I did not enter.  They must think we're all stupid!

Took a trip to ORLANDO,FL with a friend and had the address for DREAMGO EXPLORE located on Futures Dr.  My friends and I went to the location and only saw the building. Hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!! I wanted to sigh up for a VACATION DEAL.  Is DREAMGO EXPLORE, MGR GREGORY PATTERSON still into TRAVELING  business?  We got out of the car and went inside but did not see a board for DREAMGO EXPLORE upstairs or downstairs.

What is going on MGR GREGORY PATTERSON, are you still doing a Traveling Agency for DREAMGO EXPLORE?  I  do not get any more CRANK CALLS saying I have won a prize from your COMPANY!!!!  Are all of the Prizes distributed out when there was never any to give away from your company at the beginning?  Okay Sir, I understand DreamgoExplore FINALLY must have gone Out Of Business.? Maybe this should teach you and other telemarketers to stop SCAMMING and beating CONSUMERS out of their HARD EARNED MONEY????????

Time is HARD SIR, therefore you must find a REAL JOB, JOB,, JOB MR PATTERSON!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop trying to put GOD into this DGE, MGR GREG PATTERSON.  If you are not trying to SCAM CONSUMERS of of their hard working money, then you would not try to defend DGE.  No you don't have to jump for every one sended to your business, but if you did not pay CMS their money tnan what do you expect CMS to do, CONTINUE to send you tours.

Bottom line is that if you would have paid CMS their $500 oweing, CMS would not have to put you on DIALING4DEADBEATS. DIALING4DEADBEATS is for telemarketers who does not pay just like YOU did not pay.  If you paid the 1st part of their money, you should have paid the balance if you claim to be a legitimate Traveling Agency.

I don't deal with Timesharing,Traveling Service or any other Telemarketers, because far as I am concern ALL of YOU are SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS. It is no False Accusation here  when shown on DIALING4DEADBEATS.COM.

Dream Go Explore does used Prize Distribution Center for their company.got a call from this number, but never answered it.  We are not concern with how much telemarkers has to pay the company to get us to come for tlheir presentation. Complaint: Final salesman called me ignorant.
On August 23, 2012, at the end of the high pressure sales tactic, the final salesman, possibly the Manager of DreamGo Explore called me ignorant, in a very despicable tone, for not buying their $3000 membership to which I take exception. I overheard his name was GREG PATTERSON. I told him up front that their discount travel program was not for my wife and I because it not fit with our current travel ways. He said I should just told him 'No' upfront to which I responded, "I did". As in a typical high pressure sales pitch, they don't take No for an answer for the first 20 minutes. I believe that the two salesmen knew that I was not going to purchase their 'membership' so they shifted their sales pitch focus toward my wife who maybe they perceived as an easier target. All the while she told them that she will not be making any decisions and that I do all of the travel planning and will make any decisions regarding their membership. He also told me that he was proud to only have 72 BBB complaints filed against his company out the thousands of people they have pitched this to. My wife initially received this offer in the mail and called the phone number. The woman who answered told my wife that the offer could be redeemed after a 45 minute tour of their new travel business and that we would not be pressured to buy anything. We did not get a tour of anything in the 2 hours that they tried to force us to buy their discount travel membership.

Here is how our company has operated for many years. We pay a marketing company $350 or more per person they send to our presentation, when arrive music playing we serve guest food & drinks, fun environement simple survey 30minute pp presentation total 90 minutes, we are not a timeshare company no pressure tactics; whether they take advantage or not we still gift them. we even bend over backwards to make people happy and give them a gift even if they dont qualify or the marketing person misled or any problem we try to have empathy. At no time will we tolerate being rude to guest, on the contrary most times its these guest coming for free gifts that can be extremely rude...still we dont feed into this strange behavior we kiss them off nice they recieve gift. The gifts are very exspensive, we pay the marketing company for them,we dont use cheat uncredible companies only the best. we have thousands of member and others who recieve the same gift and are happy. Unfortunately here is someone who even contacted BBB about the wrong company and a Free gift. We are not the marketing company if there is any problem with the gift we will assist the customer and contact the marketing company as well because we paid for the gifts that the customers are getting free, we also want credibility and our monies worth. We cannot control what every marketing company or telemarketer says, its not a perfect world but if there was anything wrong with the gifts we want to be the first also to contact the marketing company and get it fixed because people tend to hold our company accountable for another companies actions or product. we will not tolerate any of our employees being rude to guest our goal is to eliminate stress not create it I would like to be contacted by right person with BBB to resolve any complaints. Dream Go Explore am a reputable and extremely credible company helping thousands to save money and vacation affordably a blessing to many always trying to do the right thing, so would like to resolve any blemises or misunderstanding, and especailly mistakes on the customer part complaining about marketing issues. And if there are any we would like to get them all resolved please have the appropriate person or department from BBB to assist in clearing and resolving any issues would be sincerely appreciated

and since we were friend's I said I would help and I told him I don't have any money but I have an excellent credit rating,well I had until I let him talk me into using my credit card to help with the business. He told me my creit card was only for show and would never be charged,but that wasn't the case,the minute my credit card "which was suppose to be only for show" got charged for a bunch of back charges and late bill and within 3 days he manage to put over 1600.00 dollars of charges on my card, and when I confronted him he swore that he would pay for the charges,but that never happened!!!!! since,his failure to uphold his word I'm over 4000.00 dollars in debt on this credit card and to make matters even worst I've had to go into our pension fund to try to make my credit card payment's because I trusted him to be a man of his word and now I'm left with over 4000.00 my interest rate on my credit card has been raised,and has lead to having my card cancel.I fear to see want damage it has done to my credit rating!!! I may never see my money and the years I spent repairing my credit was wiped out in 3months time. because of his lack of respect and disregard for anyone alongs as he get's want he want,which make' this a poor investment

The Prize Distribution Center is a completely different entity than Dream Go Explore.  The prize Distribution is a marketing company, telemarketing and other they call offering prices or winnings for you to attend usually a 90 minute presentation .  Timeshare and other companies pay the marketing companies usually $350 per guest that they send to tour their operation.  But they are completely separate entities than Dream Go Explore.  Dream Go Explore is a very Credible company servicing over 300,000 members fulfilling their travel.  They are not the marketing company nor do they use any of the marketing strategies.  They fulfill vacations and wholesale shopping , they do not call people on the phone.  A lot of people have a misunderstanding or ignorance to the facts and tie the companies together.  One is the marketing company that calls the other is the sales organization that presents. There may be some scams out there but Dream Go Explore is not one of them.

I got a call from this number, but never answered it.  Then I came here and saw all these messages.  I have two comments.

2) I'm very much against companies like DGE, but I think in this case there is someone spamming most of these comments against this company.  It looks like about 80% of the comments were posted by the same person.

Again a false accusation.  For the records for many who connect DGE to the marketing company.  Dream Go Explore is not the marketing company.  The marketing company that called you on the phones and offered vacation gifts or whatever script to get you to attend the presentation are 3rd party marketing companies that were at some point hired to send traffic to a business.  The usually ask $350 or more per person that they send (That's a lot of money ) but there is more greed.  The people they send are supposed to meet qualifications like between ages of 25-79   married both attend and must have a combined income of 45k -50k.  In contract so is only fair to try to safe guard against them sending just anyone.  The marketing companies realize that some companies then depend on them for guest or tours and then some really go for the greed button. They will try to dictate which person is qualified and not (when they call they don't give people lie detector test about their income) So for the most part they can coach people or demand that even if a person makes 20k they better be paid on the $350 for each one of those ( and we are talking about thousands)  or here's the key THEY WILL STOP CALLING PEOPLE AND SENDING GUEST YOUR WAY IF YOU DONT JUMP AND ACCEPT EVERY PERSON THEY SEND AND PAY FOR ALL.  These Marketing companies on top of that receive 2500 to 5k or more deposit before they make their first phone call to solicited people.  (Dream Go Explore is the Sales and presentations, they are not the ones calling people on the phone saying they have won a prize)  The also sometimes make you use their vacation cert, so when people complain they don't realize the Certs are not from the Sales Company but usually the Marketing Companies.  Then the marketing company will not return you 5k deposit as they should, when the relationship is ending they will try to charge you for even people who didn't even walk in, and definitely not qualified.  Then they will even make a negative blog to point the finger at someone else.  Not all Marketing companies deal so unethically (at least I hope not)  but its amazing these so called deadbeat marketing companies kept all of the deposit and in each case actually owe Dream Go Explore money. I can Understand some Marketing companies position because I have heard and read of people on same website that maybe their karma came back around, I have heard some major companies owing them 50k 60k 80k invoice big timeshare companies , but not Dream Go Explore what are they saying $500.00 come on !!! They owe Dream Go Explore money...they never returned 5k deposit.  They believe they should be able to charge and dictate which should be paid on (even if not qualified) and also keep the entire deposit. Due to all the ciaos, negativity, deceit, and bashing, as well as basically keeping all deposits without trying to work out a diplomatic solution (instead inaccurate negative blogs and people complaining about the gifts they win or receive ) is why Dream Go Explore does not contract with any of these Marketing Companies anymore, so now there one less company for them to complain about paying  them $350 just for a family to walk through the doors and on top of that having to deal with pre-during and post issues.   we give the rest to God for now.

I can Understand you anger if someone ripped you off.  If you had dealings with Lieutenant Patterson that was between you and he.  But for you to purposely lie and include greg Patterson whom you have never met blows all credibility and sympathy for you position because and if you would lie on an individual you have never met, may this is you Karma and maybe worse because you have never met greg, nor do you know him.

Read this from RIP OFF REPORT about RESERVATION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL:
We went out to a presentation sscheduled for late in the evening on a weeknight.  We joined on March 26, 2013.  I am sure that they set up appointments late so people are rushed at the end when reading through legal documents.  we were told that their were thousands of locations to chose from.  We were told that we couldn't access website until we had been "verified" which would be in 2-3 days.  But you only have 3 days to cancel.  

We were not told that there would be a $275 Peak season fee for every vacation booked when our kids would be able to join us.  We were told that once we were verified we would get our ID number which would be needed to look at properties.  The agent split up the paperwork between us and so we both only were getting half the information.  I believe this is another ploy of theirs.  After signing up we came home and saw many complaints.  

We also saw 3 times as many people who were happy with their packages.  The better business bureau gave them an A+ rating.  We weren't "verified" for 2 weeks.  We immediately get online and see that the resorts were only in 20 states.  We were shocked.  Then once we started to see try to book a vacation we realized we had been lied to.  Most of the units don't even look like 2 star properties.  We were told they were 4 to 5 star properties.  No availability!!! This programs better suits older retired people who can go on the fly.  

It does not benefit families at all.  We were trying to go to Disney but we would use one of our stars, pay $189 a piece for 2 extra bedrooms and the $275 peak fee on top of the $159 fee for the week.  $812.  But if me and hubby are slfish and go without the kids while they are in school then we pay only the $159.  I would never suggest this "vacation club" to anyone. You can't choose your vacation it is chosen for you because nothing is available where you wanted to visit.

MGR GREG PATTERSON is now using RESERVATION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL/WINTER PARK, FL  to get members to try and become a NEW MEMBER signing up for with RESERVATION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL .  DREAMGO EXPLORE is known as a SCAM TRAVELING AGENCY.

This was founded on RIP OFF REPORT about RESERVATION SERVICES INERNATIONAL, please READ THIS:  We received in the mail an "Official Document", an "Award Notification" for two round trip Arline Tickets worth up to $ 1,298 including a number to call to validate the claim. The notice included a note: "This is not a timeshare or land sales offer". When I inquired about specifics when I called the number given: 866-568-6354 I was invited to make a reservation for listening to a presentation by a travel agency who would hope we would use them for travel plans in the future. The agency name was not given.

Since we needed to go to Lexington anyway we agreed to go. Reservation Services International (RSI) had rented rooms at the Clarion Hotel in Lexington KY. We and six (or so) other couples were paired up with a representative. We were then treated to a skillful, fast-talking presentation including lovely pictures. Then we were offered a membership this day only for @ $ 9,999. And yes, there was some candy on the table.

Paired up with "our" sweet-talking, soft-spoken representative again we were offered various packages, scribbled on an 8 x 10 piece of paper. I felt it was all rather vague and requested  a brochure detailing services provided, conditions, etc., in other words, exactly what we would get for this hefty amount of money.

Charles, our representative told us that the brochures were reserved for those who bought the memberships. He did flash a copy for us to look at but never handed it over.

We told him that we needed time to think about it and he retorted that this meant "NO" and the "membership drive" would last only another day and that the membership purchased at any other time would cost $ 12,995.

Since we are not easily scammed we said a polite good bye. But I am pretty certain that this is just what we think it is - a scam. We will find out exactly what the so-called two 'free" airline tickets will really amount to.

Complaint Category: Sales presentation used high pressure methods

Complaint: Final salesman called me ignorant.
On August 23, 2012, at the end of the high pressure sales tactic, the final salesman, possibly the Manager of DreamGo Explore called me ignorant, in a very despicable tone, for not buying their $3000 membership to which I take exception. I overheard his name was GREG PATTERSON. I told him up front that their discount travel program was not for my wife and I because it not fit with our current travel ways. He said I should just told him 'No' upfront to which I responded, "I did". As in a typical high pressure sales pitch, they don't take No for an answer for the first 20 minutes. I believe that the two salesmen knew that I was not going to purchase their 'membership' so they shifted their sales pitch focus toward my wife who maybe they perceived as an easier target. All the while she told them that she will not be making any decisions and that I do all of the travel planning and will make any decisions regarding their membership. He also told me that he was proud to only have 72 BBB complaints filed against his company out the thousands of people they have pitched this to. My wife initially received this offer in the mail and called the phone number. The woman who answered told my wife that the offer could be redeemed after a 45 minute tour of their new travel business and that we would not be pressured to buy anything. We did not get a tour of anything in the 2 hours that they tried to force us to buy their discount travel membership.

Business Response
Here is how our company has operated for many years. We pay a marketing company $350 or more per person they send to our presentation, when arrive music playing we serve guest food & drinks, fun environement simple survey 30minute pp presentation total 90 minutes, we are not a timeshare company no pressure tactics; whether they take advantage or not we still gift them. we even bend over backwards to make people happy and give them a gift even if they dont qualify or the marketing person misled or any problem we try to have empathy. At no time will we tolerate being rude to guest, on the contrary most times its these guest coming for free gifts that can be extremely rude...still we dont feed into this strange behavior we kiss them off nice they recieve gift. The gifts are very exspensive, we pay the marketing company for them,we dont use cheat uncredible companies only the best. we have thousands of member and others who recieve the same gift and are happy. Unfortunately here is someone who even contacted BBB about the wrong company and a Free gift. We are not the marketing company if there is any problem with the gift we will assist the customer and contact the marketing company as well because we paid for the gifts that the customers are getting free, we also want credibility and our monies worth. We cannot control what every marketing company or telemarketer says, its not a perfect world but if there was anything wrong with the gifts we want to be the first also to contact the marketing company and get it fixed because people tend to hold our company accountable for another companies actions or product. we will not tolerate any of our employees being rude to guest our goal is to eliminate stress not create it I would like to be contacted by right person with BBB to resolve any complaints. Dream Go Explore am a reputable and extremely credible company helping thousands to save money and vacation affordably a blessing to many always trying to do the right thing, so would like to resolve any blemises or misunderstanding, and especailly mistakes on the customer part complaining about marketing issues. And if there are any we would like to get them all resolved please have the appropriate person or department from BBB to assist in clearing and resolving any issues would be sincerely appreciated

Complaint Resolution: Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to BBB.

For those who may be confused or misinformed.  Dream Go Explore  is a very credible company, the parent company Reservation Services International has been in business since 1971 and has an A rating with BBB since then (does that sound like a fly by night company to you or scam?) If either were a scam they would not be in business and probably like the real scam companies on channel 9.  Unfortunately their are many ignorant, corwardly and hating people who feel impowered to take time to put out negative comments about things they dont have a full understanding.  First off Cms, or Prize Distribution Center etc are in no way appart of Affiliated with Dream Go Explore or RSI.  The companies that peope have all the complaints about are marketing companies than many Sales companies utilize for marketing promotions.  These marketing companies call the public and offer gifts etc, some time their approach can be alittle suspect. like scratch off tickets where the winning prize is a vacation gift, not ever the automobile.  Vacation companies pay alot of money to these marketing companies to send guest to their office usually $300-$400 per family sent (that are supposed to be qualified based on contractual agreement) the timeshare or other sales companies pay for each free vacation gift given to the customer as incentive that the customer gets for free (so if the certs dont work the customer didint pay, but instead the company did,  and we are adament about them working because they were purchased.  SO DONT CONFUSE DREAM GO EXPLORE WITH THE MARKETING COMPANIES THAT CALL YOU ON THE PHONE TO TRY TO GET YOU TO COME IN TO THE OFFICE FOR A PRESENTATION SO THEY WILL BE PAID $300-$400 PER CUSTOMR PLUS THE COST OF THE GIFT.  DGE does sales of Vacation Membership we dont call anyone on the phone, we dont offer stratch off tickes and if you truly did your research would see great credibility of over 300,000.  YOU WILL NOTICE MOST OF NEGATIVE THINGS POSTED ABOUT DREAM GO EXPLORE ARE 100% FALSE AND DONT EVEN APPLY TO DREAM GO EXPLORE BUT INSTEAD THE MARKETING COMPANIES that no longer send tours .  As in the bible many parish for lack of knowledge I just wanted to let the truth be none.

It is truly amazing how wicked and deceptive people can be, pointing the finger send 3 more back at you.  The truth of the Matter is that CMS, has changed the information to the oposite being true.  Cms is a marketing company that stole marketing ideas for others.  You have probably heard of them they may have called you with their script  " you have won a free, vacation, or a new automobile etc. etc.  They send out scratch cards that never have anything on it other than a vacation.  They charge companies $300 or more per person (that is supposed to be qualified that they send to the office).  Dream Go Explore terminiated any connection with this company afte they continue to decieve, and send unqualified tours based on an agreement.  They required $2500 deposit before they so called send leads, and that deposit is supposed to be refundable ABSOLUTE RED FLAG, NEVER GIVE ANY MARKETING COMPANY A DEPOSIT BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.  They began to think you depend on them for customers, then send unqualified people or no people at all, sometime angry people wondering why they never win an automobile, or because their marketers lied.  This is why we cut off all ties with CmS company and Owner Carl (708)703-1921 or (708)999-9333  17450 S. halted Homestead Ill  60430 suite #3 west......They became so greedy that they try to charge to send unqualified (according to contract) customers.  After terminating their services that cause more head aches than productivity they then refused to return the $2500 good faith deposit, and then had the adasisty to turn things around and blog as if DGE had dones something wrong.  Their so called amout owed $500.00 people like that will get with a bad uncredible company that truly does stiff them for $10,000 or $20, 000 or more as I have seen, going through such negativity and diception and spiteful practice for what they claim a $500 owed.  The TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT THEY OWE AND HAVE BASICALLY STOLLEN $2500.00 AND NOT RETURNING DEPOSIT.  But I truly believe in Karma so feel that they will more than reap what they sow.

I have not idea why you are so negative and judgemental especailly if you are not a member.  Its always the negative want to bees, that try to ruin it for others.  Although you arent a member I am a member and in good company, if you did your research you will find the company has well over 300,000 happy members who voluntarily renew their membership.  The company is not a timeshare we are not locked into manditory maintence fees or taxes but have the ability to stay in Condos for as low as $155 for a week thats $22 per night , even in deluxe condos.  With their awesome website that allows me to book instantly, Finally a site that allow me the option to prepay or pay at the hotel and be guaranteed the lowest prices

Dream Go Explore is a very credible wholesales Vacation and Shopping program.  The company has the cutting edge technology and a state- of - the art real time Exclusive website equipped with the fastest search engines that allow instand real time booking.  They also Guarantee in writing the lowest prices on Condos, Hotels, Cruises every day shopping and alot more.  Infact their guaratee in writing states they guarantee the lowest prices anywhere including on the internet; if you can find a lower price for the same date and itenerary they will not only match or beat that price but also give members 10% of the difference.  Dream Go Explores parent company is Reservation Services International, A+ rating with BBB since 1981, so yes the are a very credible legitamate company.  The prize Distribution Centers or marketing companies are in no way apart of Dream Go Explore.  Major Travel companies purchase tours or vacation gifts or certs from these 3rd party companies for promotional vacation certificates.  Dream Go Explore has nothing to do with how the marketing companies call or market their vacation gifts, but if any one was unhappy about these vacation gifts Dream Go Explore would like to be notified because they will personally follow up with these 3rd party vendors especially since the vacation gifts that they purchase from the companies as well as vacation tours or leads are very exspensive to the company although they are usually complimentary to prospective customers.  Hope this clears things up for you.

back in late july lieutenant patterson and greg patterson ask if I would help him get a merchant account


and since we were friend's I said I would help and I told him I don't have any money but I have an excellent credit rating,well I had until I let him talk me into using my credit card to help with the business. He told me my creit card was only for show and would never be charged,but that wasn't the case,the minute my credit card "which was suppose to be only for show" got charged for a bunch of back charges and late bill and within 3 days he manage to put over 1600.00 dollars of charges on my card, and when I confronted him he swore that he would pay for the charges,but that never happened!!!!! since,his failure to uphold his word I'm over 4000.00 dollars in debt on this credit card and to make matters even worst I've had to go into our pension fund to try to make my credit card payment's because I trusted him to be a man of his word and now I'm left with over 4000.00 my interest rate on my credit card has been raised,and has lead to having my card cancel.I fear to see want damage it has done to my credit rating!!! I may never see my money and the years I spent repairing my credit was wiped out in 3months time. because of his lack of respect and disregard for anyone alongs as he get's want he want,which make' this a poor investment
