Caller ID had ten zeros and the #1-000-313-0000.  There is no 000 area code so I didn't answer. Answering machine had only background noise as if coming from a phone room somewhere.

Driving me crazy won't leave a message...

Called 23 times yesterday....did not answer.

I got 16 phone calls from this number yesterday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  from 45 min apart to 5 and 10 min apart. I am sure it is for voter crap. It is none of there business who I am voting for.

Received 10 calls today from 313-000-0000. No one on the line.

This number has called my house 12 times today. No one leaves a message and I haven't answered it. And won't. So irritating that I went and added my number, again, to the national do not call list.

12 calls just today....no answer when called back....empty line when picked up

This number  1-313-000-0000  I have not answered it because of the number and then looked it up....They have called me 5 times today on my cell phone,,,,, how can i block them?

I have received at least 6 calls today from this number.  No one responds if I pick up.

yes its calling me as well 11 time today it does seem to piss you off but still if any thing dont pick it up since you know its going to be no answer i did the * 69 on it and i got the 313 000 0000 on the number the only thing i can see it being is a fax......

Phone#313-000-0000 called yesterday 9/28/12 and Today 9/29/12 #ON Caller ID/Leaving No Message.

They seem to call several times a day. Every time I answer, I get absolutely no-one. This started about a day or two ago and hasn't stopped. It's extremely frustrating. I'm tempted to just unplug the phone.

I pressed 9 to speak with a representative as our household is on the national do not call registry.
Told the person I was not interested in lowering my interest rate, but that I want them to stop calling.
He asked for a credit card number to lower rates.
I told him no and to please speak with his supervisor.
He then said I could not, but he could take me off the list if I gave him a credit card number.
I said this is my phone number, and you can remove it from your call list because we are on the do not call registry.
When he said again that he could not do that I asked again to speak to his supervisor and he said, "My supervisor doesn't speak to b*tches like you."
"Excuse me?"

fax ring was coming over my telephone while I was talking then I hung up & this # popped up - I seen on another site that it is a trick # that someone is trying to disguise the #

that number is actually listed as a fax number for a womens shelter.... weird

This is a call fom TTO Research asking who you are going to vote for.

THIS NUMBER SHOWED UP ON MY CALLER ID,BUT WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE NO ONE WOULD ANSWER.

Just got a call on my cell from this number, and like when I dont' know the numbers I ignored it.  Left a voicemail it's a political party recording. I HATE THOSE!

That is the number that shows up when someone calls from Detroit police dept.  Inmates and officers.

I have gotten calls from this number for several days now. They never leave a message and I can't return the call.

Have been getting same phone calls 313-000-000 and 000-000-000. Noboby was on other line. Wife answered tonight and they asked for a David Meller (Not me)
Wife asked how they got our # and they hung up. I'm on the do not call list and it p***** me off.

Called, I said "hello", short pause. They asked for <my name>, I said "speaking", they hung up.
