I have been receiving phone calls from them as well. They told me that they are Alliance Group and Associates in which I was informed recently that this is not a registered name. They are very rude individuals. If they are a debt collector, they are in fact in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They will not send me information through the mail. They will not even give me their physical address stating that they are not authorized to give that information because they are a nation wide company. I have many red flags go up dealing with these people. I really believe that they are running a scam.

Have received two separate calls from this number.  They claim to be a debt collector for Citibank - no one in this household has had a Citibank card.  We even checked our credit reports and NO Citibank accounts show up there.  If they ARE a debt collector, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which requires them to send out something in writing after they have talked to the person whom they claim owe the debt.  They have had more than 2 weeks to do so, as the first call came in more than 2 weeks ago.
