The caller says they are with ford motor credit but when I call ford motor credit at the number on my bill they say they have not contacted me. Which leads me to believe this is a fraud call trying to obtain my personal identifying information.  If they call you do NOT GIVE YOUR INFO.  It is a scam!

The call is from a Ford Credit automated messaging system. They can discontinue the automated calls if you call the main customer service line and arrange for a payment to be made. If you have no connection with Ford then you will have to contact them to ensure that the contact information for the individual (they called you for) is updated.

Ford sucks...I never answer out of state cals....most are cold sales calls and it costs if I answer...if Ford chooses to never leave a mssg....screw em !

It used to be 30 days.  Now they seem to be down to 10 or 15.  I just don't answer.  Seems no protection for us public anymore.

A female caller stated that she was calling for me by name or my wife. We have no idea who this is, they left no company name.

Its an automated call from Ford Credit, unfortunately when I answer it says, "You have a call," then immediately disconnects. I have been getting legitimate calls from them, but its rough because the auto hang-up count as a hang up to them, which CAN be a mark against me. So I just call up their main line, mention the auto call, then work out arrangements.

Umm...who are you talking to? This page isn't monitored, it's just for information. Someone has stated that it is Ford Credit calling. If you have an account with them you should probably give them a call at another # you may have for them to find out what they want.

I received 2 calls from this number. Once from a man, and then from a woman. They both asked for someone named Robert Devereaux and when I told them it was a wrong number they began grilling me, asking my name, and asking if I even the person or his wife. I told them my name was "nunya" and all they needed to know was that no one with that name has any access to my phone. Last time I told them to remove this phone number as a contact for that person and they didn't. Hopefully they won't keep harrassing me.

This number has continued to call me ford credit, I have asked to be taken off their list as I do not owe Ford anything as in a debt, they continue to call so I have now taken them to small claims court since they refused to my do not call and sent me no do not call policy

I received a phone call from this phone number at 2:10 a.m.   YES 2:10 a.m. on my cell phone.

i am getting 2 calls per day from this number. The first time the caller asked for "David" and I explained that the caller had the wrong number and not to call me again...the calls persist....

This number calls several times a day and I have blocked it from my phone but it still comes through. Any suggestions?

Been getting calls from this number twice a day for the past several months, and they keep asking for someone who doesn't live here ( I have had the same number for almost 15 years).  I have repeatedly told these people they have the wrong number, and have been assured that they will stop calling, but of course they don't.  I have never done business with this company; I have never even owned a Ford (and never plan on buying one after this).  I don't know how to get them to stop calling.  I quit answering it, but they still call, and I have reported them to the Do Not Call list numerous times.  This is getting ridiculous.

The number is ford credit. They call at any time of day and night it's very frustrating because I don't own a ford. When I answer with HELLO they don't respond back but if I don't answer the phone they leave a automated voice message.

I agree that they need to have a way to find an account by the phone number so they can remove wrong telephone numbers.  What you fail to realize is that the reason they're calling is because somebody put your telephone number down for a contact number.  Answer the call and you can tell them it's the wrong number and they'll take it off.  Don't blame the company because some random person used your phone number.

There are only two reasons you will be getting this phone call from Ford Motor Credit.
1. You did not pay you account on time, This is a call concerning a late payment.
2. You were listed as a reference on a Ford Credit Application for one of your friends and your ( friends ) have decided to stop paying there car payment.

you can have your due date changed and that will stop this. They are allowed to start calling you when you become 10 days past due.

Much different than their usual messages

I paid my Ford Truck off 6 months ago and these people are calling me every night at like 11:30pm. The first time they were not leaving voice messages. Then I answered and they said we need to talk to you about an important business matter can we have your SS #?? WTF??? I said um no and you call me again I will have the law involved. They have called every night for the last 15 nights the second night I picked up and told them to take me off. They now leave a message every night. I have now contacted the police and made a report, I have also contacted a laywer. I have called ford motor credit because that is who it says it is on the messages and they do not know why I am receiving the calls. So I dont know who these people are but they are about to get a huge eye opener. I have blocked their number and they just call from a different one but all the 313 area code. Good luck to everyone.

It is Ford Credit (just call the # back and you'll find that out). They called me last month from this # because our truck payment was past due.

I too keep getting calls from this # and they do not respond when I say HELLO.  It is very annoying to say the least.  Then I call customer service put on hold then cut off.

SAME THING EVERYDAY...YOU PICK IT UP AND THERE IS NO ANSWER...JUST BLOCK IT

Calls and says nothing

Left a voicemail only saying a couple of numbers not why they called. I am sooo tired of these calls. They are using my cell minutes up

So apparently I missed a payment on the escape I paid off 4 months ago.  Good thing these people were here to give me a lesson. Funny thing is...if they didn't miss a call, why are they using this site to search for who it belongs to in the first place?!?  Hypocrites!
