I talked to Amerisource again today  and was now told they can't ship now due to the litigation and would start shipping again on the 15th . This is 3 or 4 weeks in a row now I have been told they will ship next week with a different reason each week. I am amazed they they find employees that are willing to lie for them. their current phone they are answering is 1-313-493-5100.

We received a fax from Amerisource with a new phone # 313-493-5100 and fax #313-493-5200 stating that Amerisource Distribution, Inc. is "currently under the new ownership of Ruby Herrell" and that they are "preparing to complete our order as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience".  I haven't tried the new # yet.  My guess is that they won't answer the new number either.  When, or more likely "IF" anyone answers the phone or sends us the refund check we have been requesting since May I'll post again.

Well it appears they have finally even quit answering the phones so they don't have to keep lying .It amazes me how they got employees to lie for them as long as they did.

WOW!  All of these posts sound exactly what my company has been going through.  We placed our order in Jan and didn't receieve a thing until Apr.  We received 33% of our shipment and no refund.  Finally received a partial refund in May, but not for the full amount. Now they are moving offices today.  BIG MISTAKE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!  I am all for a class action lawsuit or a criminal investigation.  If anyone is interested contact me at chadawa@tcesllc.com.

Placed an order Feb. 1 for $9400.00.Have been told all the same stories .Now it is June 13 and 3 shipments later and I have less than 50% of my order.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I ordered wire from Amerisource and they recieved my check on April 1st and it cleard my bank on April 6th., 3 weeks later and at least 10 phone calls I finally recieved half my order. It is now another month later and I still have not recieved the balance of my order. I have called at least 10 ro 15 times and get lied to every time I call. Usually told it will be here tomarrowe or in 2 day.I sure hope someone reads this and doesn't order from them because of it.

I have placed an order for cable on March 22, 2010 and send them a check of $34,280.00.  The cashed on March 24, 2010 and as of now i have got cable worth of $6850.00.  The lie to me every minute.  The ownner never picks his cell (Josh Zigle 313-575-1974) and everytime i call them they do come up with new stories.  Please dont fell in their trap, big BS guys work for them and they dont have any remorse for scamming people.  Help me to get my money back please tanveer1@verizon.net

Constantly WASTE my toner and paper, even though I have placed them on a DO NOT FAX list via Envirofax.  It is UNLAWFUL for them to contact after 30 days, yet they continue to.

WHAT HAPPEN TO THERE LIST OF HAPPY COSTOMERS OH I CALL ALL OF THEM AND SHOWED THEM EVERYTHING  I FOUND ON COMPANY AND ALL OF THEM REQUESTED TO BE TAKEN OFF AND WERE GRATEFUL I POINTED IT OUT TO THEM. These people are full of it. I got a call from someone inside of their company. Their employees are writing all these fake positive reviews. This company is a scam. I'm dealing with the FBI right now to hopefully bust these dirtbags. Amazing how all of a sudden all these positive reviews are coming up.

Placed two orders with them. They told me it could take up to three weeks to get all my marerial, but it all came in about two and a half. I was pleased with the service they provided me and I will be placing more orders in the future.

Got my tracking on Monday and my shipment was delivered on Friday the 30th. Pleased to say it was shipped complete. I will be placing another order on Monday.

Well got a call from Amerisource on Tuesday A.M. with my tracking number and shipping info.

I have ordered material from Amerisource numerous times and have never had any problems.With one order I did  recieve three shipments, but all within a couple weeks. The prices were definantly worth the wait.

I received a fax Monday from Amerisource which also included there references. I called to check them out and discovered a mistake on one of them. I called Amerisource to inform them that the reference was not ligit and they informed me that an outside company handles their internet advertising.

Otherwise all others responded by stating they had no problems with their orders or shipments.

I placed a $ 27,000.00 order with them and feel comfortable dealing with Amerisource.

Will keep everyone updated.

I called Amerisource, they told me I shipped today. They said to call monday for tracking. Hopefully you are right.

I have done business with Amerisource since September 2009. There prices are unbeatable. I have personally experienced shipping problems due to surplus items not being available. However I always receive in a timely manner. One thing I have come to realize is that their stock is coming in as fast as it's going out.

Seems like she failed to mention she refused a shipment and demanded a full refund the same day. How is a company supposed to issue a refund for material that they don't have back in their possession.

And on top of that the shipment she refused was there on schedule.

I just recently placed an order with them and everything so far has gone fine. Reading this makes me a little skeptical, but I was referred to this company by a friend who has already placed a successful order. Keep you updated.

Well i hope Brenda is correct with what she is talking about made an order with amerisource last week... gave them $55,000. I will keep others posted on this web blog to let you know how my experience goes with amerisource hopefully it is everything you say Brenda but a little bit worried now seeing all of the others above.....

Don't believe Jeremy or Brenda. They are full of it. DO not do business with this company. Just look at the date of the postings. The posts were probably made by amerisource. Just read the other legit posts starting from the top. This company is trying to dig itself out of its own hole
