I also got a call from this compamny, basically threatening me to pay up on a payday loan.  I told a fellow colleague (who is very savvy about the law), and she told me to tell them that I have contacted the NC Attorney General's office.  They have already contacted me at work, and this is illegal.

kenneth richardson calls my office every day

I am getting  calls from a Kenneth Richardson  from Chase, Lowe's and Assoc. threatening me with legal action.   He is now using the number  302 448 2300.  Trying to get my bank account number claiming the company is willing to settle out of court.  What can be done about this.?????/

JUST GOT I CALL FROM KENNETH RICHARDSON AT WORK ABOUT ONE HOUR AGO!!

This Kenneth Richardson is calling my office as well, and I am forwarding this information to the Adjutant Generals Office for an investigation.

This is so b***s***... Our government should step in.

I'm getting phone calls from the same company, but they are giving me a call back number of 843-414-9630 out of South Carolina.  I know I've not taken out any payday loans, but they say I have.  They are trying to bully me into getting my home and work information.

Robert Douglas from Chase, Lowes & Associates just called my job 10 minutes and told me that I have 2 warrants out for me in my state. I asked for his phone number to call him back and it just stated that" the person you are trying to call is unavailable at this time". The phone number he asked to call back gave me the same recording.......

Ms Shaunie Williams left message full of attitude don't know name of the company or what they are calling for.
