I also believe I do actually owe on a payday loan from 2009 BUT they are not able to just file a warrant for your arrest.. There are legal channels they MUST go through, when I spoke with them I wondered if they were legit too until he refused to send me documentation.

I also just received the same call- I do have a loan that is a month past due from them, so it made me wonder if it was valid?

I just received a call from here also from a Mr. Knight. He transferred me to a Compliance Office that was very rude went though a bunch of terms and when asked him to repeat told me "Who did I think I was talking to" very surprised, I responded back and he started mouthing off and hung up the line. Called back asked the companies name said was United Mediations.

I agree its a scam.  This same company called me last year and now just today with the same threats.  They claim I took out a loan in 2008 and wrote a bad check and they have video surveillance of me doing it.  The problem is that the account they say the check was written on was closed 2 years before they claim the check was written and it didnt have checks for it.  I told them to file the warrant and send the police because they are full of it.  I then called the company they claim I wrote the check to and they have no record of me in their system at all.  Do not give them any information!!!

he called my mother phone today and said the same thing to her such scam artist and  the police dono't call you if you havea warrant such dummies

I also recieved a call from this number last week, they stated that they were a company that processed paperwork to put in warrants for payday loan companies that were taking action on past due accts. He threatened me with a felony warrant and prison time. When I asked him for some documentation he refused.. I think it is a scam.

i received a call from this number, man identified himself as mr. knight, unified mediation services. detroit, mi - he would not state why he was calling, nor would he tell me what the company does &  i informed him i was reporting him & the company to the fcc - i hung up & he immediately called back & was very threatening.  does anyone know anything about this company?  thank you.

this is a scam agency claiming that they will have you arrested for felony bank fraud if you do not pay them money!!!!! they are rude unprofessional and they are liars! do not listen to them or fall for their scam! report them and threaten to report them to the police!
