This phone number keeps calling me and I have asked them to stop calling me and send me a letter I cant really understand them. The gentlemen told me he is from Stone & Associates law firm. where do i report this harrassment.

this nummber called my phone for 20 min. strait claming that i owed them money for a loan. i have never even gotten a loan. they have my ssn my address and my e mail address.

tell  them you have reported them to the county attorney and that they are a fraud and a scam--when they know you know what is going on they will leave you alone--and move on to the next "victim" this is rediculous! After dealing with these folks--not even a half hour later I recieved yet ANOTHER call from another number doing the same crap! when i went to call that number back it was disconnected or changed.

I got a call from this number today from a guy with a heavy indian accent.  The guy claimed to be working on a legal action law suit against me.  I got some information about the law suit, and told the guy I was going to call the company myself.  He said it was for a payday loan that I signed up for and deposited into my bank account ( I dont have a bank account ).  He then said he was going to make this a three way call with the company that is taking action against me. The guy that came on the line sounded just like the lawyer with no difference in voice.  We talked and he said I could pay $510 today or go to court and fight the case,  after arguing with both people, the lawyer then decided to read me my miranda rights telling me that "I have the right to an attorney and if I can not afford one, one will be provided to me".  What kind of law office reads your rights to you, especially over the phone.  He kept telling me that he would see me in court, this law office is in Detroit and I live across the country in Utah.  Do not give these people any information....

Asked about the natureof the call, and he explained that a legal action was being brought on one of my employees. I asked him why would he tell a third party this. I did say, you know you just violated the FDCPA. This jerk responded, Yes, I know. I initially told him he was on a recorded line. When I asked him if he was recording the call, he replied "Yes". I explained to him Pennsylvania is a two way State for recording phone calls and anyone who is being recorded must be notified up front. I told him he just violated Pennsylvania's wiretap laws and he hung up.

i just got a call today from 313-355-5702 telling me that i own them $7,000 and i need to pay that back or i will go to jail it was a man that spoke indian, but the funny thing is that when i called that number back someone picked up the phone and spoke perfect english. also i dont have a bank account but they have my ssi number where i live and other info thats personl. i was woundering if someone knew what i could do to stop this i get calls at least 4 to 5 times a day about this.

I have been receieving alot of calls from this number and other similar. It is an Indian man. He wants to speak to my husband about a legal debt.  I told him that he was a fraud and he wasn't to call this number again. I wish the government would something to stop harrassing calls to  be stop for good.

A man left a message from (626) 771-0198 claiming that a serious allegation has been made against my Social Security number.  Indian accent - hard to understand but said his name was Harry Johnson.  Said if I didn't call him back at (313) 355-5702 then there will be serious consequences.
